LOCKER ROOMS FOOTBALL/SOCCER/RUGBY/FIELD HOCKEY LOCKER ROOMS W A F Buses should be unloaded at the front of the Columbia Ice Field entrance for easy unloading and parking. Upon arrival, a team representative should check in with the Customer Care Counter who will provide team rooms and other such instructions. **Note: Team rooms will be made available 2.5 hours prior to the start of the game HOCKEY LOCKER ROOMS Buses should be unloaded at the front of the Columbia Ice Field Arena entrance for easy unloading and parking. Upon arrival, a team representative should check in with the Arena staff that will provide team rooms and other such instructions. **Note: Team rooms will be made available 2.5 hours prior to the start of the game. BASKETBALL/VOLLEYBALL LOCKER ROOMS Buses should be unloaded on Blue North entrance of the Physical Activities Complex (PAC). A team representative should check in with the Customer Care Counter who will provide team rooms and other such instructions. **Note: Team rooms will be made available 2.5 hours prior to the start of the game. VISITING TEAM TICKETS All game day tickets can be purchased at the gate one hour prior to game time for the following prices: FOOTBALL Grandstand: $10 Berm seating: $5 BASKETBALL, HOCKEY, VOLLEYBALL Adults: $10 Students/Seniors: $5 Children 12 and Under: Free Ticket prices for OUA/CIS playoff games are established as per OUA & CIS policies. WATERLOO ATHLETIC THERAPY D T COLUMBIA ICEFIELDS COMPLEX 519-888-4567 x35528 waterlootherapy@gmail.com» The main Athletic Therapy clinic is located in the Columbia Icefields Complex on North Campus. There is an auxiliary clinic space in the PAC gymnasium complex that is not staffed. Both clinics have ice machines accessible for visiting teams. Tables for taping are available in the hallway and most dressing rooms at the CIF complex and in the PAC clinic. Please note whirlpools are NOT accessible for visiting teams.» A Certified Athletic Therapist or Sport Physiotherapist is present at all home football, rugby, soccer, hockey and basketball games.» A UW student trainer is present for all other home events. They will meet the visiting therapists and review the emergency action plan, ice access, etc. prior to the event.» A physician is present for all home football and men s hockey games.» A water jug is provided for all outdoor visiting teams at the sideline on the North Campus. If you wish to bring your own water jug, outdoor water access is available at the CIF complex on the pathway to the fields. Water jugs are also located courtside for basketball and volleyball games. Only basketball has cups available for games per OUA rules. We ask that you bring your own water bottles as we do not provide bottles or cups for any other event.» If your team is not travelling with a therapist of some description and require assistance, we ask that you contact the UW Therapy staff at least a week in advance of the event. We will make every effort to assist your team at the event. The 90-seconds will serve as a media-time out and must be used at all games regardless of whether or not the game is being broadcast. YOU WILL BE PROVIDED WITH:» A qualified doctor in attendance at every game. VIDEO PROTOCOL:» Games will be available for downloading by the visiting team by 11:59 p.m. on the game day. Teams that require a digital copy immediately after the game, must provide a USB flash drive of min 2 gig or an external drive (copies cannot be provided on DVDs) that can be attached to a laptop computer in order to transfer video files. The video is located above the bleachers behind the players bench.
