After a successful 2012 Conference in Hawaii, the Plumbers Supplies Co-op will be returning to the shores of the iconic Waikiki beach for their 2014 Conference. The Battleship Missouri is the last battleship built by the US Navy and its most celebrated. Optional Tours Diamond Head Crater Wednesday 21st May 2014 Departs Hotel: 7.00am Returns to Hotel: 10.00am This exciting, fun and educational tour of world famous Diamond Head Crater begins with a short introductory talk by a trained nature guide. Learn about the fascinating volcanic creation, Hawaiian history, European discovery, origin of the famous name, early cattle ranching and military use of the Gibraltar of the Pacific. A 45 minute walk that ascends to the 763ft summit stopping along the way to rest and photograph the crater. Walking up stairways, going into a dark 200ft tunnel and climbing a spiral staircase imparts a sense of adventure. While in Hanauma Bay snorkeling you ll spot schools of colourful fish and perhaps even turtles. The safe inner reef is perfect for children and beginners, while the more challenging outer reef will thrill advanced snorkelers on Hanauma Bay tours. Hanauma Bay Oahu Nature Preserve is a natural crescent beach in the sunken caldera of an extinct volcano. The bay is protected by the volcanic formation and the waters are famously clear, providing the ideal environment to spot fish and other marine wildlife. This course is proving to be one of the most demanding in Hawaii. It climbs through lush Maunawili Valley, offering magnificent views of Mount Olomana and the Koolau Mountains from every hole. Royal Hawaiian is characterized by an abundance of forced carries off the tee, narrow landing areas and undulating fairways. It s yardage may only be 6,549 from the tournament tees, but the course requires supreme accuracy.
