SPORTS TG ELECTRONIC TEAM SHEETS AND RESULTS ENTRY SOUTH AUSTRALIAN AMATEUR SOCCER LEAGUE

ELECTRONIC TEAM SHEETS Alleviate work load of volunteers To reduce incidences of unregistered players being selected on team sheets To assist club, referee and association in having legible team sheets reducing the risk of errors e.g incorrect FFA number, name, allocation of goals and cautions

OBTAINING ACCESS Prior to being able to use the electronic team sheets, you will need to gain access to the Sports TG database. To gain access you need to complete the following steps: Register for a SP Passport Complete the Sports TG Access Request form Football Federation SA and/or your association will then notify you via email when your access has been processed

LOGGING IN After club/team access has been set up, you will need to sign in to your Sports TG membership by visiting https://passport.sportstg.com

LOGGING IN After you have logged in you can select either Membership Database or Results Entry & Live Scoring

MATCH SELECTION If you have logged in to the Membership Database you can access a full list of your teams, registered players, statistics of matches played, goals scored, contact details and a range of other features. More details are provided through FFSA or Sports TG Support. To access the team sheets and match selection section you can click on Comp Management and then Match Results If you have selected Results Entry & Live Scoring you will be taken directly to the match results section.

MATCH SELECTION Match List Screen Matches will be displayed on the Match List screen below and all match administration can be done through the Pre Game and Post Game buttons on the far right hand side. The Match List can be filtered out by: - Date Range, Venue Name, Competition Name and Season

PRE GAME SCREEN The Pre-Game Screen houses all the pre-game administration including team selections and accessing team sheets.

PRE-GAME SCREEN Pre-Game Screen Options Game Information This contains details of the match being edited. Pre-Game Dashboard The dashboard will show the current number of players and coaches/officials selected for either team. Manage this Display List This will give you the option of filtering out members for team selection by All Club Players, Players registered to this team only, Players to this age group, all Financial club players or Show all unassigned players. Autoselect Players This will give you the option to Auto-Select your players by either players who played last week or players registered to the team. Available Players This is the listing of all players available to be assigned to the match, player names can be searched by typing in to the filter section. Selected Players All members you have assigned to the match will appear in the Selected Players box and player positions and numbers can be assigned from there. Tools This is where you can edit additional information like Player Roles and Default Playing Shirt Numbers. FFSA Single Team Sheet The pre-populated Team Sheet for your team can be accessed through this button

PLAYER SELECTION To the left of the screen, you will see a list of all players registered in your Club. You can use the scroll bar to look for players (defaulted to alphabetical listing by surname) or you can start typing their name in the search field above the player list. Upon locating the players you wish to add to the team sheet, click on the green + to the right of their name. After you have selected all of your players for the first game, you will then have the option in future weeks to select Players who played last week. This will populate the right hand side with the information (including shirt numbers) that were used the week prior. If you make an error when making your team selections, or if the automatic selection brings across players who will not be participating in this fixture, click on the red - to the right of the players name to remove them from the team selection. After you have completed your player selection, enter in the shirt numbers for each of the players, then click on the Save button below the players list on the right and you will receive a message screen with Player selection saved.

PRE GAME SCREEN Within the Pre-Game Screen you can also select team officials to be prepopulated on to the team sheet based on their My Football Club registration.

PRINTING TEAM SHEETS Printing of Team Sheets Once player selections are finalised your will then be required to print the team sheet. Whilst in the Pre Game section you will then be able to select FFSA Single which will open up a prepopulated team sheet including match details and selected players. This can then be printed for match day

MATCH DAY Complete any blank sections of the team sheet. This may include shirt numbers if not known prior to printing. Tick off the starting 11 and substitutes in the relevant column. Cross off players that are not taking part in the match and/or make any manual amendments. Please note only 16 players are to be listed on the final team sheet Submit the completed team sheet to match official 30 minutes prior to kick off or as per Competition Rules and Regulations.

POST MATCH The team manager is to check the completed team sheet once it has been completed by the match official. Any injuries that occurred during the match should be included on the team sheet. Once it is checked and accurate, the team manager is to sign the team sheet verifying it is correct. The team manager is to take a photo/screenshot of the completed team sheet for their records. Results entry and submission of team sheets is to be completed as per the relevant Competition Rules and Regulations.
