PROGRAMME (Provisional) Dec 11 Dec 12 Dec 13 Dec 14 Arrival of Delegations Control of fencing equipment Technical Meeting in the evening Men & Women Tetrathlon Event day Awards Ceremony (Youth A) Riding Event (Top 8 athletes per gender) Awards Ceremony (Juniors & Seniors) Departure of Delegations Participation: Women and Men of the categories Seniors, Juniors and Youth A Important Information: Training Camp before & after is available, please contact LOC for further information RULES OF COMPETITION The competition will be carried out according to the UIPM Rules and will take place at Anadia SportsComplex, 230 Kms distance from Lisbon International Airport.
Facilities: Swimming: 25m indoor swimming pool /6 lanes Fencing: 10 pistes Riding: Outdoors, athlete s licence required. Only top 8 athletes on the Tetrathlon Day per gender will ride Combined Event: laser targets (SIMPOWER)(compressed air will be available), Indoor Arena, hard surface. ACCOMMODATION The teams will be staying in the Anadia SportsComplex Hostel TRANSPORT Transportation from Lisbon International Airport to the official hotel and back, only if the delegations facilitate and guarantee the information -Nº of flight, flight arrival and departure terminal and number of people- in good time and before the deadline. Transportation is extra 30 per person per trip. The shuttle from the hotel to the competition venues for members of the delegations is free and will be according to the official program. FINANCIAL CONDITIONS The invitation is for unlimited athletes and officials. Accreditation fee is 55 /day/person (only double/triple occupation). It includes accommodation in SportsComplex Hostel with breakfast included, packet lunch on competition days, dinner on Saturday & Sunday and local transport during the competition. Transportation from airport and return is extra 30 per person per trip. - For single occupation please contact LOC: only hotel available Payment in cash -only in - upon arrival. ENTRY FORMS We kindly ask you to send us the Entry Form A by 15th November 2015 and Final Entry Form by December 5th 2015. Deadlines for the Entry Forms are as follows:- Form A before November 15, 2015 Final Form before December 5, 2015
LICENSING OF ATHLETES Athletes are only allowed to participate in UIPM sanctioned events if they are in possession of a valid UIPM issued Athletes License. Entry Forms will not be accepted if any athlete is missing his/her License Number. Please contact immediately UIPM Headquarters if your athlete is missing his/her License. INSURANCE Under the rules of the UIPM, all members of the delegations should be insured. In case of accidental injury or illness, the Organizer will not accept any liability. VISAS AND VACCINES The participating countries must confirm if needed, visa requirements and vaccination for entry into Portugal. The LOC can not accept responsibility for Visas ask, but can provide specific letters of invitation if necessary. FIREARMS When enrolling inform the LOC models of guns and their serial numbers. GENERAL INFORMATION All athletes must wear their official uniform in the competition. Laser targets (Simpower) will be provided by the LOC therefore the athletes are required to bring their laser pistols. Please also bring a CD with their national anthem and flag of your country. Weather conditions: 10º-15º degrees Celsius in December.
