Round Up Round MARCH 2, 2015 Eagle Sports Round Up Headlines 2015 HOF INDUCTED Congratulations to Ken Neuzil, Adam Russell, Dave Nofzinger and Amy Arlinghaus for being selected for the 2015 HOF. The dinner took place on February 21st at the Springvale ballroom in North Olmsted. Wrestling: Eagles finish 6th at the Westlake Sectional Wrestling Tournament District Qualifiers this weekend at CSU-Kevin Kelly (120), Tyler Biggs (138), Jake Jones (182), and Alec Winston (220) Alternate: Noel Cordero Congratulations! Your District has a Nominee for the JJHuddle/Bucknuts Ohio High School Girls Bowling Athlete and Team of the Week Awards: OHIO HS TEAM OF THE WEEK North Olmsted OHIO HS ATHLETE OF THE WEEK Angela Gale Girls Bowling qualified for the State Tournament next weekend in Columbus (Angela Gale-552 series, Nicole Clancy-546 series). Come watch the Eagles on Saturday, March 7th at North Olmsted in the second round of the state tournament.

We say farewell and thank you to Captains Ilee Tyler and Gabrielle Trexler along with Anise Armstrong, Kylie Cairns, Mandi Medykowski, Justine Polo, Sarah Sabino, and Tessa Shroka. Ismary Puente made it to states in the 50 free. She is seated 15th out of 24. She swims Friday at 9:00am for prelims Ismary Puente finishes in 5th in the 100 free 53.21. Lauren Sara records her 2nd best time of the year in the IM at the district swim meet. Girls and boys 200 free relays both dropped a second in district swim meet. Bowling The girls bowling team was again a Nominee for the Ohio HS Bowling Athlete and Team of the Week Award - JJHuddle Congratulations to the girls for winning and advancing to Districts. The North Olmsted Athletic Boosters are a volunteer board that manages the organization and raises funds through membership dues, fundraisers, concession, spirit sales and program book advertisement. The Boosters are looking for volunteers for upcoming positions, along with helping at Night at the Races on April 18th. Please consider volunteering your time! The North Olmsted Eagles Athletic Boosters Clothing Recycling Fundraiser March 5 th March 8 th The North Olmsted Eagles Athletic Boosters is partnering with Easter Seals. This partnership provides the opportunity for the North Olmsted Eagles Boosters to raise funds for our Athletes by hosting a clothing donation drive. Easter Seals will donate 20 cents per pound to the Boosters. We are collecting unwanted Cloth Items in any condition for reuse and recycling Example of Donations: Clothing (all types, seasons and sizes) Shoes (all styles, all sizes) Accessories (purses, scarves, gloves, hats, book bags) Linens, curtains, draperies, towels, bedding, area rugs, fabric Clean out those closets and donate items you no longer use or have outgrown! An Easter Seals truck will be parked at the North Olmsted High School Parking lot from Thursday March 5 th through Sunday March 8 th. Thursday & Friday 4 pm -6:15 pm, Saturday 10 am-6pm Sunday 1pm-4 pm check out our Facebook page North Olmsted Eagles Athletic Boosters, North Olmsted Ohio Save the dates and support our Athletes by FILLING THE TRUCK.
