DRIFT KART RALLYCROSS MOTOR RACING CIRCUIT Inspired by some of the world s most iconic race circuits, The Bend s MOTOR RACING CIRCUIT is Australia s only circuit to comply with the latest FIA Grade 2 and FIM Category A standards At 777 kilometres in its longest configuration, the race circuit is fast and flowing in character with technical elements that will reward the astute driver The design has made full use of an aggregate rise and fall of 85 metres to ensure you wear a smile whether cruising or driving at the limit through one of the many blind corners! GT CIRCUIT 777KM INTERNATIONAL CIRCUIT 495KM The Bend Motorsport Park s Drift Kart Rallycross Circuit is a multi-purpose facility, built specifically for three main disciplines - drifting, karting & rallycross The surrounding mounds provide stadium like viewing where patrons can see every inch of the action Australia s only purpose built Drift Circuit featuring rise and fall, multiple configurations and designed by top-level international drifters Featuring both tarmac & dirt, multiple jumps, a water splash and joker laps, The Bend s rallycross circuit is ready for the fastest growing motorsport in the world Designed to CIK-FIA standards in order to host international competition - expected to become the only CIK-FIA homologated kart circuit in Australia Multiple circuit configurations provide variety and differing characteristics for your driving pleasure WEST 341KM EAST 393KM WEST PLUS 371KM STADIUM CIRCUIT 3 THEBENDCOMAU THEBENDCOMAU 4

RALLY & 4X4 4WD ADVENTURE PARK 80 hectares of challenging terrain, including rock and log obstacles, various inclines and descents, water and mud courses will allow drivers to challenge themselves and their vehicle in a safe environment The 4WD Adventure Park includes; Rock and log challenges Inclines and descents of various grades Water courses and mud trails Sand traps and dune rises Table tops Cross-country course RALLY & OFFROAD Home to various disciplines including Rally and buggy racing The Bend Rally & Offroad precinct will offer multiple configurations The rally track is purpose built for rally school, rally sprints and other events such as khanacross Both the 4WD Adventure Park and Rally & Offroad precincts are supported by an on-site administration and training building These facilities will be operational in late 2018 OTHER FACILITIES DRAGWAY The quarter mile Dragway, designed in consultation with the Australian National Drag Racing Association (ANDRA) to meet Group 1 drag racing standards allows for all forms of drag racing, including 9000hp, 530km/h Top Fuel monsters ACCOMMODATION The Bend Motorsport Park s pit building includes the Rydges Pit Lane Hotel A 100 room, 4 star hotel, the only one of its kind in the world If the hotel isn t your thing, you ll enjoy staying at our caravan and camping grounds which will include cabins available for hire These are expected to be complete in late 2018 FUNCTION ROOMS The pit building incorporates multiple state of the art, corporate and private function and event spaces of various sizes and configurations The main function centre is located on Level 1 and includes full glass windows featuring spectacular views of the motor racing circuit The function centre is serviced by a full commercial kitchen 5 THEBENDCOMAU THEBENDCOMAU 6
