All stall reservations must be paid in full by April 6th 2011. STALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Temporary stalls come with doors, but are not provided with bedding. Temporary stabling is $150.00 per stall. The temporary stabling will be available as of April 13th. All stabling reservations must be made though the stable manager, Alexandra Garrity at 908-339-1678. Entries: Entries close April 6th 2011. Entries received after that date will be accepted, but will include a $30 post entry fee. A $25 office/emt fee will be charges to all entries. Prize money will be available at the Secretary s office one hour after the completion of the division. Prize money checks must be cashed within 30 days of the conclusion of the 2011 horse show. You will forfeit your prize money if it is not picked up by the conclusion of the 2011 horse show. Schooling: FSHS 2011 has limited paid schooling. Paid schooling times are noted on the time schedule. Schooling is $10 per schooling session if paid in cash at the ring. $15 dollars if paid up at the secretaries office at time of check-out. 10 horses will be premitted in the ring for 10 minutes. The horse show manager will be able to close or cancel a schooling session. Numbers: No numbers will be given out without full payment of entry fees. All required signatures, membership cards, measurement cards and all other required information on the entry blank. USEF documents should be sent in with entries. Large rings: (2) 150 x 300 and (2) 125 x 240 rings with sand/loam footing. 3.
