Short Story By Sienna Dutcher Here I stood, in front of my best friends, well now they re my worst enemies. You see, we were at breakfast and we saw the most beautiful cheesecake. We starting sprinting toward the magical food. I want it! we screamed in unison. At that moment the rivalry started. We started arguing. Guys stop! The only way to settle this is a tournament. it said. We turned around but no one was there. It s right I said. We started compiling a list of challenges. Cameron, Will, Tommy, and I headed to the first challenge, capture the flag. We fought and fought. Cameron started to look drowsy. Just then we saw him faint like a goat. As we stared at him Tommy said, Well. All we have to do now is determine the winner. We kept going leaving Cameron in the middle of the field. Finally Tommy won. We walked over to Cameron and picked him up, We carried him to the Rice Hall. The next challenge was milk chugging. I knew I was going to win. When I was a camper I chugged 7 milks under 1 minute. From then on I only got better. Then we arrived at the Rice Hall. We all lined up around a table with 10 cartons each. 1, 2, 3, GO! Jess hollered. We drank as fast as we could. Before I knew it, I was on my last carton. Billy-Bob Joe won! Jess exclaimed. I had won. I danced around the room like I had just won the lottery. I m going to get that cheesecake! I nagged. As we went through the competitions I got closer and closer to the food. Then it all came down to this, an epic game of foursquare. Since we only had 4 people to play whenever we got out we still had to play, but not for the cake. We hit the ball back and fourth, back and fourth, until I realized that I had over shot. Then it landed out of the lines. My heart sunk in my chest. We all stopped. We had determined the loser.. Me. Then I saw a shadow come out of the fake smoke we added for effect. It s it s. Will stammered. JOHN CENA! Cameron screamed.
Short Story (Con t) Coughed. I ran to turn it off. Why are you here anyway? Tommy asked. To get that cheesecake. John said. How do you think you are going to get it? Will asked. By winning.duh. John said. John and I switched places. I watched them fight to the death. John took down Cameron, then Will, then Tommy. In the last round the ball was so low they literally had to crawl. After Tommy lost I said C mon guys there might be leftovers. trying to cheer them up. When we got to the Rice Hall we heard pans clanging. We decided to investigate. We went through the out door like a true rebel. Just then we saw Kanye in the corner with crumbs everywhere. Oops were you going to eat that?

Game Reviews 4-Square: A fast paced, intense game By: George that is not for the faint of heart. As long as you re in a box, you re good. Overall rating: 4.5 stars Kickball: A classic summer camp game. Kick the ball, get to the base, and don t get out. Overall rating: 3 stars Magic the Gathering: A perfect game for the typical medieval wizard. It s you and your opponent summoning awesome creatures to battle one another. This game was one of the most common games seen at camp this week. Overall rating: 4 stars
