Oversize Charges: Waist/Chest 48-50 + 10%, 51-54 + 20%, 55-58 + 30%, over 59 please call for pricing. Front/Rear 18" + 10%, 19" + 20%, 20" + 30%, 21" + 40%. 4. Warranty: Ballistic panels are covered for five years against defects in materials and workmanship. Nylon covers are covered for three years. Poly/Cotton and Supplex carriers are covered for two years. Tactical equipment pouches are covered for two years. 5. Return Policy: Each return must be accompanied by a PPI issued RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the box. RMA numbers may be obtained by contacting the Customer Relations Team at 1-800-509-9111 or 954-846-8222. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused. All returns are subject to a 35% restocking fee. 6. Cancellation Policy: If a product has been entered but not produced, a restocking fee of 35% will be applied. If a product has been produced, there can be no cancellation of the order. 7. Alteration Policy: Should any products need alterations, please contact the PPI Customer Relations Team for an RMA number. The item must be returned within sixty (60) days of the ship date to Sunrise, FL. Any alterations after sixty (60) days will be subject to a service charge.
