REGULATIONS OF THE WORK PLAN This Work Plan has been developed in accordance with the PANGF Technical Regulations, (2015 version), FIG Technical Regulations (2017 edition) and MAG, WAG, RG and TRA Code of Points (2017 edition). The Work Plan is based on the nominative entry. 5. RIGHT OF PARTICIPATION 5.1 Participation The official Pacific Alliance Gymnastics Championships is open to gymnasts who: Belong to a federation affiliated with the PANGF, under the condition that all financial obligations have been fulfilled to the PANGF Have the nationality of the federation they represent, in accordance with the FIG Statutes and the Olympic provisions. Exceptional cases will be addressed by the Executive Committee 5.2 Size of Official Delegation

ACCREDITATION 6.1 All participants are required to wear their credential at all times in the competition venue. The accreditation is personal, non-transferable and compulsory for access to training and competition venues. Delegations will be accredited during the registration process. Tuesday, April 24 13:00 24:00 Hotel el Dorado la 70 Wednesday, April 25 06:00 20:00 Hotel el Dorado la 70 Thursday, April 26 07:30 18:30 Coliseum Ivan de Bedout Friday, April 27 07:30 18:30 Coliseum Ivan de Bedout Judges will also have their accreditation during the registration process at Terra Biohotel. 6.2 Head of Delegation responsibilities At registration, Heads of Delegation must check the correct names of their complete delegation, verify accommodation requirements, provide proof of group medical insurance, make any necessary payments, submit the passports of all delegation members, ensure music has been received or submit one (1) copy of competition music CD. 6.3 Accreditation of Additional Coaches Federations may request the accreditation of additional personal coaches at the federation s expense. The names of the personal coaches must be notified to the Local Organizing Committee at the time of the Nominative List Registration. The number of coaches allowed on the floor during competition will follow the FIG Technical Regulations for Competition I, II and III. 6.4 Additional Delegation Members Federations may request accreditation for additional members at the federation s expense. The names of the additional members must be notified to the Local Organizing Committee at the time of the Nominative List Registration. 6.5 Nationals and Internationals media will have accreditation under request and the Organization will indicate them the schedule and how they could use it during the event. 7. VISAS All countries requiring a Visa for entry into Colombia, please contact Colombia Gymnastics Federation as soon as possible for the necessary documentation.

8. INSURANCE The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness or repatriation. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The Organizing Committee is requesting that all delegations present the insure information (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy) be submitted. Delegation members with insufficient insurance coverage must inform the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee will subsequently offer insurance at the Federation s own charge as follows: 15 USD per person/day. 9. MEDICAL Certified athletic trainers will be present at all training and competition sessions. An Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) will also be on site during competition sessions and ambulance if it is necessary. The organization will provide one specific venues for physiotherapy in each Coliseum. Federation will have access to stretchers, ice basic implements for recuperation work. 10. OFFICIAL ORIENTATION/TECHNICAL MEETINGS At least one representative from each delegation must attend the Orientation/Technical Meetings. At these meeting, all information concerning the detailed organization of the Championships will be given by the Organizing Committee and PANGF Technical Coordinators.

OFFICIAL TRAINING see Appendix B for training schedules 11.1 Equipment All equipment meets FIG specifications Artistic Gymnastic Gymnova Rhythmic Gymnastics Spieth Trampoline Eurotramp The trampoline mats in the competition hall will be Spieth and in the training hall will be Gymnova 12. COMPETITION PROGRAM The current PANGF Technical Regulations Amended April, 2014; 2015 Version, the 2017 Code of Points and other technical directives of the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG) are applied to the competitions of the 2018 Pacific Rim Gymnastics Championships. The competition format as per the PANGF Technical Regulations, below:

The Drawing of Lots 13. OFFICIAL FORMS Results of the draw are available in the Appendix A 13.1 Please submit all forms contained in the appendix section of the work plan. 13.1.1 Competition Order Forms Each Federation has the responsibility to submit the Start Order for Competition for their gymnasts 24 hours prior to the start of the competition session to the Competition Director at the competition venue production table. Failure to respect this deadline will result in a 0.5 team penalty. 13.1.3 Change of Start List Forms must be used for substitution or withdrawals of athletes. 14. RHYTHMIC APPARATUS AND LEOTARD CONTROL 14.1 Apparatus During the training sessions, each delegation will have the opportunity to have their apparatus verified and to have the official control label attached to it. During the competition, the checking procedure will take place before each exercise. A further check may take place at the end of the exercise at the request of the superior jury. Any apparatus that does not conform to the regulations will be refused the authorization or its use penalized, even if it has already been accepted for another competition.

14.2 Leotards Penalties relating to gymnasts' leotards, mentioned and clearly explained in the Code of Points, have sometimes led to dissatisfaction and protest. In order to rectify this, a preventive checking procedure has been set up. This will be carried out by the judges at the same time that the apparatus are checked, permitting coaches to change leotards which are not within the rules and to avoid penalty. 15. MUSIC 15.1 Delegations should submit their music in advance electronically. If music has not been received, the delegations must deliver during registration one (1) compact disc to the Organizing Committee. Only one piece of music per CD is authorized. Deductions will be taken for lack of this discipline. To submit the music in advance electronically, please email your mp3 music files to fedecolg@yahoo.com. Label your music: Country, Discipline, Athlete Family name, Athlete first name, event (For example: COL, WAG, Peréz, Camila, Floor Ex) You are still required to bring a CD copy of your music in the event we experience technical difficulties. Music files from IPods/IPads/Cell phones will not be acceptable. 15.2 The CD s will be returned to the Heads of Delegation after the gymnasts last competition. It is recommended that a spare music CD be brought for safety. 15.3 The following information must be clearly marked on the compact discs when turned into registration: Name of athlete Federation (The 3 capital letters used by the FIG to designate the gymnast s country) Logotype of the apparatus used (Rhythmic only) Name(s) of the composer(s) and of the music (Rhythmic only) Duration of the music for the exercise

15.4 The Organizing Committee will load music on to a computer for playback during competition. The computer playback will be used and can be verified during training on the competition floor. 15.5 In the artistic training gyms, the delegations will have to use their own personal copy of the music in MP3 format. 16. JUDGES BRIEFINGS 16.1 Judges Instruction The Judges briefings will be conducted by the PANGF Technical Coordinator, please refer to Appendix H 16.2 The judging panel will be assembled from judges who are registered on the list of the FIG International Judges. The Technical Coordinator will consider the FIG category of the judge for placement. Judges assignments will be completed at or before the Technical Meetings. 16.3 All participating member federation must register one (1) judge per discipline. Member Federations with a full team must register two (2) judges per discipline and can have a maximum of three (3) for WAG, RG, TR and four (4) for MAG. The balance of the judges may be supplied by the host federation. There may be no more than one (1) judge from each federation on each apparatus. The final decision will be taken by the Technical Coordinator in consultation with the Executive Committee to ensure the integrity of the panels is retained. 16.4 Artistic Gymnastics the total number of judges on the D and E panels will be a minimum of 4, determined by the PANGF Technical Coordinators in consultation with the Executive Committee, considering the total number of judges registered and available. A D judge cannot serve as both a member of the D and of the E panel. The D Panels are allocated/drawn taking into account the FIG Categories of the judges with the highest category being eligible for D Panel. If there are more than 8 Cat 1 and 2 judges a draw could then be done for positions on D panel with all of these judges being eligible. The placement of judges is assigned by the Technical Coordinators, at least 24 hours before the start of competition and approved by the Executive Committee.

Rhythmic Gymnastics the judges panels will be established in accordance with the FIG Code of Points and the highest Brevet categories will have a priority in the draw for Difficulty. The assignments of judges panels will be determined by a draw during the judges meeting prior to the start of competition. 16.5 Event Entrance and Exit Procedures for Judges Judges should report to the competition floor positions 15 minutes prior to the start of the competition to leave their personal effects in the places assigned to them and then move to the staging area. Judges shall formally enter the competition area, accompanied by music. Judges must remain in their places until the gymnasts have left the competition field of play. 17. PUBLICATION OF THE SCORES 17.1 The scores awarded for the various exercises will appear on the scoreboards provided by Colombia Gymnastics Federation. 17.2 Scoring teams hired by Colombia Gymnastics Federation will provide the equipment required for the scoring and public display of judges scores, team scores and gymnast s scores. 17.3 Results will be available on our event website www.fedecolgim.co 18. INQUIRIES The Pacific Rim Gymnastics Championships will allow score inquiries per the FIG Code of Points. No fees will be charged. Please refer to Article 10.8 in the PANGF Technical Regulations for further clarification. 19. SEATING FOR THE DELEGATIONS Reserved seating will be allocated for each accredited delegation member, including Heads of Delegation, competitors, officials and guests. The accreditation will allow accredited delegation members to sit in the general seating section.

20. OPENING CEREMONIES 20.1 The Opening Ceremony will take place on Friday, April 27 from 14:00 PM 14:30 PM. Opening Ceremony will be held in the Competition Hall Ivan De Bedout. Each delegation is requested to select one athlete to represent the entire delegation in a special ceremony protocol. The selected athlete will need to report at 13:30 pm further instructions will be provided at registration. 20.2 Each competition session will begin with a judges march to the competition apparatus. Athletes in Artistic and Trampoline competitions will march in and be introduced at the beginning of each session. There will be no athlete march and introductions at the Rhythmic competitions. Rhythmic athletes will receive individual introductions during the competitions. 21. AWARDS CEREMONIES 21.1 Awards ceremonies will take place immediately following the artistic team and all-around competitions. Rhythmic team and all-around awards will take place immediately following competition. Trampoline team awards will take place immediately following team competition. Individual Event Final awards will be presented throughout the competition session as reflected in the Finals formats. 21.2 Dress for all gymnasts: Competition attire. 21.3 Team MAG, WAG, RG Six (6) gymnasts and one (1) coach, TRA Four (4) gymnasts and one (1) coach First Place Team Gold Medal Second Place Team Silver Medal Third Place Team Bronze Medal

In case of a tie for first place team, the tie will not be broken and both teams will be awarded first place awards. The national flags of the best three teams will be displayed. The national anthem of the champion(s) will be played. 21.4 Junior and Senior All-Around MAG, WAG, RG First Place All-Around Gold Medal Second Place All-Around Silver Medal Third Place All-Around Bronze Medal In the case of a tie for first place all-around, the tie will not be broken and both gymnasts will be awarded first place awards. The national flags of the best three teams will be displayed. The national anthem of the champion(s) will be played. 21.5 Junior and Senior Apparatus Finals MAG, WAG, RG, TRA First Place Gold Medal Second Place Silver Medal Third Place Bronze Medal The national flags will be displayed, however, the national anthem will NOT be played for winners of Apparatus Finals due to the number of awards being presented. 22. CLOSING CELEBRATION PARTY The 2018 Pacific Rim Gymnastics Championships Celebration Party will take place on Sunday, April 29, at 09:30 PM 01:00 AM for accredited delegation members only. All formal presentations will be made at this time. Dress for all participants: Casual dress There will be transportation provided to and from the hotels to the Closing Celebration Party.

23. TRANSPORTATION Official Travel Agency: Aeroturex The Organizing Committee will provide transportation for the delegations as follows: Airport Arrivals April 24: Medellin (MDE) to delegation hotels Daily Shuttle Service April 25-29 Terra Biohotel to hall and training venues (only for the Judges) See Appendix F for the Transportation Schedule Airport Departures April 29, 30 Delegation hotels to Medellin (MDE) Airport * Gymnasts, coaches and medical staff will be in the Tryp and Dorado la 70 hotels and not need transportation services. Hotel Tryp to Jorge Hugo Giraldo Lopez / Coliseo Ivan Debedout 250 mts. * Delegations departing after May 1 th will be responsible for their own transportation to the airport. Please contact Lina Castro in the registration office if you need assistance in coordinating airport transportation. 23.1 Transportation Services Accreditation will be required for access to transportation services. The Registration Office is located at Coliseum Ivan De Bedout. Credentials will be required for the transportation after the delegation have gone through the registration process.

23.2 Airport Arrivals Please have your delegation collect their bags and proceed to the welcome area, which is on the baggage claim floor, Look for 2018 Pacific Rim Championships signs. MEDIA For airport returns, delegations will receive a departure notice for departure time from their hotel to the airport. The Colombia gymnastics Federation media before those training days will define the specific time for media interviews by interested media. 24.1 Mixed Zone A mixed zone will be set-up at the competition venues. Athletes may be requested to enter the mixed zone at the conclusion of competition. As athletes enter the mixed zone, personnel from the media staff will assist in directing the athletes to media interested in interviewing them. The media staff will also collect flash quotes from athletes to distribute to media.. 24.2 Photographers Accredited photographers will be able to shoot from pre-determined photo positions at the perimeter of the competition floor, as well as from spectator seats.
