www.sasquatchmountain.ca Friday Feb 16 Thursday Feb 22 Two Night Trip Friday March 9+10 Deadline to hand in forms and money is Friday January 19!!! The WJ Mouat Community Recreation Program is pleased to announce that we are once again partnering with Sasquatch (Hemlock) Mountain to provide our students with affordable, risk reduced, and local snow adventures. Each trip will meet at Mouat at 6:45am to get ready for the mountain. While students have the option of renting whatever gear they may need, they need to be prepared for winter alpine weather with snow pants and jacket, gloves, touque, etc. Please check the snow report on the mountain website to make sure your child is properly equipped for the day. Students will need to bring a lunch or have lunch money along. A typical meal at the lodge costs aprox. $10.00. Please go through this package carefully and make sure all info is correct. If your child would like to attend but money is an issue, please have them speak to me one on one, or email me to make an arrangement. My goal is to see every single Comm Rec student get at least one day on the mountain. We do require that all students wear a helmet while on the slopes. If your child does not have one they can rent one from Hemlock free of charge. Parent Leader/Supervisors needed. Fees reduced or waived depending on numbers. Please Email Mark_Loewen@sd34.bc.ca or fill out the info below. Name: Email: Ph:
