FAQ! What is Included in the Group Fees? Your group golf fees will include your green fees, golf cart fees, practice balls and tournament scoring. Our staff will also provide you with all event/tournament coordination for your golf event which includes golf cart staging, cart fees, tee assignment sheets and welcome letters as well as prize distribution and scoring assistance. The fee also includes the Director of Events and Tournaments to help you through the planning process, as well as servers and bartenders to make for a seamless event. What is the Minimum Amount of Players? You must have a minimum of at least Twelve (12) players to be considered for the golf group rates. The maximum amount of players for a tournament is 144. Do You Host More Than One Tournament at the Same Time? No, we only host one outside tournament per day. You and your golfers will have the exclusive use of the Legend Course and any pre-determined F/B spaces. Room location may be subject to change via Management. Can I Contract My Own Vendors? The Club at ArrowCreek will provide the food, beverage and basic rentals for the event. You are welcome to contract directly with any other professional vendors. Typically you will need to find hole sponsors, a group photographer and hole-in-one insurance companies. We are happy to make recommendations from a list of local vendors. Special Food Requests or Dietary Restrictions Our Executive Chef is great at custom menus as well. Cultural or dietary restrictions and requests will be taken very seriously. Our Chef can meet with you one on one and answer any food -related questions that you may have. When Are Payments Due? The non-refundable deposit of $500 is collected upon signature of the contract and reservation of the event date. All other payments and balances will be due seven (7) days prior to the event with the final head count. Do You Have Clubs for Rent? The Club at ArrowCreek rental sets are $25.00 per set and are subject to availability. A reservation in advance is recommended. Are Locker Rooms Available for Players? Locker Room storage is exclusive for use by Members of The Club. However, if players need a place to shower or change, it is available for day use. What Happens in the Event of Inclement Weather? The Club at ArrowCreek will do everything possible to ensure that your guests still enjoy their golfing experience, rain or shine! In the event that your tournament is unable to occur, the deposit and any F/B payments will be credited toward a new date (on a mutually agreed upon date within Twelve (12) months of original date), but will not be refunded.
Catering Information The Club at ArrowCreek offers exceptional cuisine and impeccable service with spectacular city and mountain views. Our venue can accommodate guests functions of up to 180 people, depending on the choice of room(s). Room location may be subject to change via Management. Food & Beverage Please see separate food and beverage menus for your consideration. Prices are subject to 20% service charge and current sales tax. These prices are subject to change, but may be confirmed upon signing the event contract. All food and beverage items must be purchased through The Club at ArrowCreek (except for specialty cakes/desserts). Only alcohol products which have been purchased at our facility may be consumed on the property. It is unlawful to bring in any outside product and any violators of our alcohol policy may be asked to leave the premises without refund. The Club maintains all policies set forth by the State Liquor Control Board. Prices are subject to change via Management. Billing, Payment & Guarantee A contract and/or Banquet Event Order (BEO) will be sent to you, outlining the details of your event. The client s signature is required on all necessary forms to confirm the event. The event will be considered tentative until the contract is returned to the Event Director. In the event of inclement weather, the guarantee will be billed. A $500 deposit for events catered by or held at The Club at ArrowCreek are due upon signing the event contract unless otherwise specified. The deposit will apply to your final bill. Final remaining payment and a guaranteed number of guests are due seven (7) days prior to the event. A/V Equipment & Rentals The Club will provide use of basic indoor Audio/Visual equipment (large screen TV and microphone). Meeting supplies, such as pads and pencils, are available upon request. Your Event Director will design your room set-up and assist you with your special requirements. Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire shall be worn at all times. All men are required to wear collared golf shirts and slacks, or appropriate length shorts, and soft spikes. Men shall not wear tank tops, shirts without sleeves, tee shirts, jogging shorts, gym shorts, swimsuits, pool-style shorts, sweat pants, denim or cut-offs, etc. All ladies are required to wear appropriate golf attire and soft spikes. Ladies shall not wear halters, midriffs or short shorts. These items are considered inappropriate attire and are not permitted. Any player who does not follow the dress code at all time may be asked to leave the property.
