ELASTEC INLANDER BOAT & BARGE Work Horse of the Waterways With the speed of a thoroughbred and the strength of a draft horse, the Inlander Boat and Barge is built for quick response and for hauling heavy loads - a work horse on the waterways. The Inlander Boat and Barge is a shallow draft vessel system - a safe and functional alternative to the use of fishing boats for response operations. The 22 ft / 6.7 m long boat has a modified V-hull with a 6-degree deadrise for maximum speed-to-weight performance in choppy or swift waters. Oil spill recovery equipment, dive gear, construction tools, drones and research equipment can be safely and securely transported inside the boat s 36 in /.91 m marine grade aluminum sides. The Inlander Boat is easily maneuvered in shallow waters. High Thrust Horsepower Inlander Boat propulsion options offer maximum speed-to-weight performance when loaded with gear to quickly and safely reach control points. When there is a need for speed, the Inlander Boat cuts through waves like a thoroughbred running a race. Ranging from a 50 hp tiller motor to special-option high thrust twin 90 remotes (180 hp), the Inlander boat can reach speeds of 46 mph. Oil spill recovery equipment such as booms, skimmers, power packs, storage bladders and response crews can be pushed or towed by the Inlander Boat to designated control points. Harnessed alongside each other, Inlander boats and barges can be lashed together to form various configurations of work and dive platforms.
