Participation Top-Line NSW sent it s largest team to the 2013 Nationals Support Team - 7 head 6 Asst coaches + 2 Managers >185 Team members from 24 Clubs. >280 entries Additional categories KYU Grades & Masters Still scope for increased participation esp. Women
Strong performance at the 2013 Nationals was again key to our Achievements 2013 - our most successful year for total medals! 105 medals (up from 86 in 2012) 30 Gold, 33 Silver, & 42 Bronze (2012 =G31/S23/B32) 63 v s 54 Gold Medal Finals Only major state to increase our share +6% to 44% Dominated all Age Categories except SEN Men SEN Men finals 4 (v s 2 in 2012) but structural weakness remains SEN Women increase Opportunity to increase medals through participation esp. Women Strong Club performances Budokan 24, UNSW 20, Kido 10 Tiger Do 8, Illawarra 7, Zenbu 6, Blacktown City 5, Bushido 5, Shinsei 5 15 out of 24 Clubs medalled.
