Veterinary conditions: The horses must be vaccinated according to the FEI requirements. The horses must be healthy having NO contagious diseases! The horses must be immune to the influenza. The last vaccination must be completed 7 days before the transport the latest. The horse must have negativ cooggins blood test for E.I.A within one year!!!! 1
There is inside riding hall of 27 x 100 m and outside arena of 60 x 40 m Cows on show: On the show we will use Limental x Aberdeen Angus; in hungarian jackpot we will use Hungarian Grey Cows Rider and owner have to be member of CS NCHA, NCHA USA and ERCHA in working cowhorse Objections a protests: In accordance with the 2017 NCHA Official Handbook of Rules and Regulations. The 2017 NCHA Official Handbook of Rules and Regulations is in force. One horse = one Entry form along with the copy of his/her Certificate of Registration, copy of the rider s and horse owner s membership cards (NCHA, CS NCHA), he/she may buy his/her membership at the show. Participance at this show is at each one s sole responsibility. The organizer is free of the responsibility of any kind. The horse owners must have a valid insurance against causing a damage to third parties. Every horse rider/owner must submit to the show management /doctor veterinarian the horse s health certificate. This to be done immediatelly after coming to the show. I herewith certify that I do agree with all of the above stated requirements. I will obey the show managements rules at the show premises. I will obey the 2017 NCHA Rulebook as this is the one in force at this show. Veterinarian take-over: The veterinarian take-over will be held on Wednesday, July 5h, 2017. If otherwise, it must be approved by the doctor veterinarian:. All the horses participating at the show are obliged to pass through the veterinarian take-over. Those horses not having such veterinarian certificate of being able to be shown and hauled from/to the place of this show and not fulfilling the 2017 legal requirements will NOT be allowed into the area. Every horse owner or rider is obliged to submit to the show management / doctor veterinarian the relevant documents for hauling an animal in accordance with the veterinarian requirements. All horses must be healthy and have all the appropriate vaccination in accordance with the valid vaccination scheme. Alll horses must have all the appropriate examination needed for their transportation and show participation (in accordance with the Hungarian veterinarian requirements). The horses owners and/or the horse riders guarantee that there is no infectious disease at the place the horses are coming from. Other requirements the show participants, the horse owners, the accompanying team members and other persons such as the show visitors, are obliged to obey the rules of the show organizer and her team members as well as they are obliged to obey the general safety rules. The show course is guarded by first the 2016 NCHA Official Handbook of Rules and Regulations available to public at the show office and/or at www..nchacutting.com, and second the approved Regulations of animal protection. There is no contractual relationship being concluded between the show organizer on one side and the show visitors, participants and/or horse owners on the other. Upon the condition of fulfilling all the appropriate amendments of the Hungarian Civil Code, the area keeper bears the responsibility for any potential damage on brings in or laid down things. Stalling in area is allowed only if approved by the responsible person. The area is not guarded. Therefore, places for storing things, such as the saddles, must be explicitly assigned and labeled. The area keeper is granted the right to expel cars used for staying overnight. All dogs must be on a guided leash during the show time. The show participants, the horse owners, the accompanying team members and other persons such as the show visitors, free the show organizer and her team members from any responsibility for any health injuries, stealing, losing and/or damaging things (incl. animals), non-material damages, excluding those cases where such is not allowed in accordance with the generally binding legal law. The responsibility for damage caused by an animal or thing bears the person responsible for this animal or thing. The responsibility for damage caused by a person bears the one causing such damage or his/her legal representative. It is recommended that the horse owners take out their own insurance as being the responsible person. The show team members have the right to set rules for the show participants, the horse owners, the accompanying team members and other persons such as the show visitors. The show team members have the right to additionally expel one from the show areaa in case of his/her violation of the show rules and them placing other persons or animals at risk; the same right is assigned to the judge.
