BEGINNING FALL 2018 - Required state registration and compliance functions will come out of U.S. Soccer Connect Player Registration integrated online club-level registration system; ability to do a free player registration for those using outside club management platforms Coach Registration registration and disclosure in one form, completed by coach Player and Coach Passes you will print at your home/office and directly on regular white computer paper! No card stock required Rosters standard and event both available Player Club-to-Club Transfers will now occur within the system, no extra paperwork needed! Fall 2018 Registration Classification Changes Select (11U-19U), Recreation (4U- 19U), and Academy (9U-10U) will replace Level 1, 2, and 3

Integrated online registration Clubs will have a specific Club and League Connect portal established to insert all player and coach registrations into for their programs. This registration system and its features come at no per registrant cost. Want to accept online credit card payments? There is a credit card processing fee of 2.9% of the sale and $0.30 per transaction Suggested to consider this option; not required

NEXT STEPS Decision will be shared with entire membership on February 12 th Registrars, Presidents and Technical Leaders will receive an additional email by Tuesday, February 13 th regarding beginning implementation steps for Club and League product Review and sign a Blue Star Sports Service and Merchant Agreement. This is to grant your club access to U.S. Soccer Connect and to obtain an acknowledgment of credit card processing fees. This agreement is not a contract They are aware it is not a requirement for clubs to accept online payments through Blue Star Club and League product. You do not have to break any contracts you may currently have for online registration. Conversely, there is a club level product available should your club have interest. US Soccer Connect will be the state s registration platform for fall 2018. Not using the online registration portal?
