This show is affiliated to EQUIFEST, taking place at the East of England Showground on the 8 TH - 12 TH August 2018. The two highest exhibits not already qualified in the following affiliated class will qualify: - 1-48, 53-55, 59-67, 71-73, 85,87,88,96-99, 104-108 & 126-129 (See Equifest Qualification card which is available from Equifest) Affiliation no 69 TGCA TOYS In Hand and Ridden Classes Show Number TGCA/08/17/122 These classes are qualifiers for the Best of Breed Finals at the Traditional Gypsy Cob Association's (TGCA) National Breed Show TOYS. Classes are open to all traditional gypsy cobs. Top three in each height class qualify. All Stallions (four years and over) in order to enter any TGCA affiliated class MUST have their TGCA stallion disc displayed on their bridle. Existing TGCA members must present their qualification card to the judge in the ring for signature. Non members will receive a qualification card from the judge and will have 21 days to join the TGCA and to register their horse to validate the qualification. Please refer to www.tgca.co.uk for further details including membership, horse registration and showing rules (contained within the members handbook). Quest Shows 1st, 2nd and 3rd from the TGCA classes may go forward to the Quest for a Star, provided they are current TGCA members and the horse is TGCA registered. Membership cards and qualification cards (specific to that exhibit) must be presented upon entry into the ring. The Champion and Reserve qualify for the Ultimate Star s at TOYS. TGCA Quest for a Star 15+ Horse & Pony Events To qualify for the 2018 National Supreme Showing Show on Sunday August 2018 at Equifest, Peterborough the first, second and third placed 15+ Horse/pony in the following classes 12,24,36,48, 67, 77 & 78 also the Highest 3 placed 15+ from any of our Ridden classes will each qualify (For Ridden s would you please let the ring steward know you re a 15 + when you enter the ring). To enter the National Supreme Showing Show the rider/handler and horse/pony must register with 15+ Horse & Pony Events within 14 days of the qualifying show date. Qualification Cards will be handed out in the ring, please follow the instructions on the card. This show is a Qualifier for the N.C.P.A. Pony of the Year Show in September 2017 & 2018 First and second prize winners in ALL classes will qualify. & N.C.P.A. Northern Spectacular on 1 st October 2017 (no qualification necessary)

Ponies UK Winter Classic 2018 & BSPA 2018 The 1 st 2 nd and 3 rd placed competitors will qualify for the 2018 P(UK) Winter Classic, Equifest 2018 and BSPA 2018. Competitors in qualifying positions, ARE NOT REQUIRED TO BECOME P(UK) MEMBERS Qualifier for TSR Showing Finals TSR Riders & In Hand Showing Finals This show is a qualifier for the 2018 TSR Showing Finals. Qualify and enter ANY of the Finals Central, East Anglia, North West, North East, South East, South, Wales & South West or Scottish. You Do Not have to be a TSR member to qualify or enter a final. The Rider/Handler qualifies and can enter any horse/pony in any number of Finals! TSR Riders Finals 1st & 2nd riders qualify and will receive a qualification card in the ring. TSR In Hand Finals The two highest placed Handlers with a TSR In Hand Card will qualify in any In Hand class. Handlers MUST have their cards signed in the ring by the judge/steward, cards are available FREE from the TSR website. First round qualifier for the Veteran Horse Society Supreme Final: VETERAN HORSE OF THE YEAR 2017 Kindly Sponsored by Allen & Page. Open to members and non-members. All competitors and grooms must adhere to VHS Rules in all circumstances. Failure to do so may result in immediate disqualification. VHS Regional Final qualification. All competitors placed 1st to 4th in each age category will qualify for the corresponding class at VHS Regional Finals. Members must have their showing card signed by the judge in the ring as proof of qualification. Non-members will receive a red qualification card which can be exchanged for signed showing card when applying for VHS membership. Regional Finals are open to members only. There is a VHS M&M Supreme Final 'Wild Card' Ticket awarded in the Supreme Final to the Highest placed VETERAN, Ridden and In-hand Pure bred M&M horse or pony' All competitors are eligible to enter open classes at the National Veteran Open s, 29th September 1st October 2017. RULES & REGULATIONS 1. All animals to be registered in the appropriate studbook. All registration numbers must be stated on the entry form. 2. The committee reserve the right to refuse any entry 3. The committee reserve the right to cancel or amalgamate any class/classes 4. On no account is any animal to be exhibited under a judge who is known to have bred, leased, sold or produced that animal 5. All Colts and Stallions over 2 years old must be licensed with the appropriate breed society, correctly bitted with a snaffle type bridle and led by a handler who has attained their 14 th birthday before the 1 st of January in the current year 6. All trophies remain the property of the NECWPCA and winners are responsible for their safe return 7. The judge s decision is FINAL 8. Anyone conducting themselves in a disorderly manner will be asked to leave the Showground 9. Exhibitors must ensure all animals are sound. If in the opinion of the judge, any animal is considered unsound, the exhibitor may withdraw the exhibit from the class or ask for a vet to examine the animal. If no vet is available, the judge s decision is final. (All vet s fees paid by exhibitor) 10. Objections must be lodged in writing to the Secretary within thirty minutes of the disputed event. A deposit of 30 must be paid, which will be returned if the objection is upheld. The decision of the committee is FINAL 11. In the event of any dispute relating to the Association, the committee shall form a quorum of not less than five committee members in order to deal with that dispute.
