These rules may be changed at any time at the discretion of the Board of Directors to adopt, amend, or rescind all rules of conduct for the use of the club facilities subject to Article 1, Section 6(b) of the by-laws. Rules of Conduct (Revised October 2016) General 1. The facilities of the Club are available to members and their families as prescribed in Article II, Section 6, and guests of members as described in Article II, Sections 6 & 7, subject to any restrictions contained in this Rules of Conduct. 2. The facilities of the Club are primarily for use of members and their families. Therefore, in the absence of the specific provisions for the entertainment of guests in these Rules or in the By- Laws of the club, members should assume that guests are NOT allowed. 3. When submitting suggestions or complaints, members should do so in writing and addressed to the Board of Directors. Verbal or anonymous complaints will not receive consideration. 4. No entertainment function of any type involving exclusive use of any portion of the Club s facilities, and to which non-member guests may be invited, shall be held at the Club, excluding wedding receptions, birthday parties, or reunions of a member or their family, and then only after prior approval of the President or his designated representative upon payment of the prescribed charge. 5. Certain supervisory employees and Board Members have been designated by the Board of Directors to enforce the By-Laws and Rules of Conduct of the club. Therefore, members are to accept the authority of the Club Manager and the designated Board Member as to the clubhouse and adjacent grounds; the Superintendent and the designated Board Member as to the Golf Course; the Board Member as to the tennis courts; just as if each and all were members of the Board. 6. Personal servants of members or guests and sitters for members children will be admitted only to those parts of the premises and only for such periods of time as their services are actually required. 7. Loud and profane language in or about the Club premises is expressly prohibited. Members and guests must not infringe upon the rights of all other members to use and enjoy the facilities of the Club on an equal basis. 8. Alcoholic beverages will not be served or sold, nor permitted to be consumed, at the Club in any manner prohibited by state or local law. The Club reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service to a member or guest when that member or guest appears to be intoxicated. 9. All alcoholic beverages consumed on the Club property must be furnished by the Club as required by Kentucky law. 1 October 2016

10. Members and their guests may not abuse any of the Club s employees, verbally or otherwise. All service employees of the Club are under the supervision of the Board of Directors (or Committee Chairs) and no member or guest shall reprimand or discipline any employee, nor shall a member request an employee to leave the Club Facilities for any reason. Any employee not rendering courteous and prompt service should be reported to the Club Manager or the appropriate Club Chair immediately. 11. The use of tobacco is expressly prohibited indoors at the Club Facilities. 12. Use of the Club Facilities may be restricted or reserved from time to time by the Club. 13. In no event shall RHCC discriminate against any individual because of the individual s race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, age, handicap or marital status. 14. Possession or consumption of alcohol by anyone present at any Board meeting is expressly prohibited. 15. Violation of any of these rules or conduct in a manner prejudicial to the best interests of RHCC will subject the person in violation to disciplinary action by the Club in accordance with the Rules and By-Laws of the Club. 2 October 2016

Swimming Pool Rules (Revised March 2016) 1. The Swimming Pool opens the Saturday before Memorial Day. 2. The Swimming Pool is open every weekday and weekend until Labor Day. The weekday schedule in August may vary. 3. Lifeguards will be on duty from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday thru Saturday with the exception of 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Thursday and 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Sunday. Monday hours are 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. 4. All members must have a Pool ID card in order to swim at the pool. These photo IDs are available at the Clubhouse. Members must sign in with the lifeguards upon arrival at the pool. 5. Local guests are NOT permitted with the following exceptions: a. As a date of a member sixteen (16) years of age or older. Member must accompany the guest on the premises. b. Local guests are permitted when a member purchases a Pool Guest Card. A Pool Guest Guard allows five guest visits to the pool. Member must be present with guest. A guest is allowed a maximum of two visits per month. Each membership may purchase up to two guest cards per season. Price of the Pool Guest Card will be set each year by the Board of Directors. c. A Member cannot babysit Non-Members at the pool, but a Non-Member can babysit a Member s child. The babysitter must sign in with the guard. 6. Out of town guests are permitted with members. Out of town guests must sign in with the Lifeguards and must reside more than 100 miles from Paducah. 7. Pool checks will be taken at random times during the day by the Lifeguard or Pool Chairperson using the current membership list as a guide. Please cooperate with the Lifeguards. Any infractions and the Member and Non-Member will be asked to leave. 8. Children twelve (12) years of age and under must be accompanied by an adult sixteen (16) and older at all times. 9. Running and tag games are not allowed around the pool area (as defined by the area inside the fence). Do not push people off the sides of the pool. No diving is allowed in the shallow end of the pool. Absolutely no Rough Play will be allowed. 10. Do not yell for help unless it is needed. 11. The pool will be cleared in the event of lightning or a storm. The pool will be cleared if there is a fecal event. 3 October 2016

12. No glass of any kind (including bottles of lotion and oil) is allowed in the pool area. 13. Please put trash in the trash containers and clean around your area when you leave. 14. Loud and profane language is expressly prohibited. 15. No uncovered bathing suits for women or bare chests for men are permitted on the main floor of the Clubhouse. Towels are not considered an acceptable bathing suit cover-up. Shoes must also be worn in this designated area. 16. Birthday parties are to be scheduled with the Club Manager and NOT the Lifeguards. There is a fee for pool parties. 17. Please do not swing golf clubs or hit shag balls into the pool or around the pool area. 18. Rafts are not to be used in the shallow end of the pool. They may be used between the four (4) foot depth and the deep end but may not be in close proximity of the diving area. Swimmers have priority over rafts. 19. The Lifeguards are in charge of the Pool and are responsible for the safety of everyone in the pool area, which is defined as the entire fenced area. Please cooperate with them. Any concerns should be addressed to the Pool Chairperson. 20. All members are urged to report any violations of these rules, especially those pertaining to guests, to the Pool Chairperson, Club Officers, Director, or Committee Member. Complaints should not be directed to the Lifeguards. Appropriate action(s) will be taken. Infraction of these rules can lead to suspension. This is YOUR pool. Please help by observing the rules. 4 October 2016

Golf Course Rules (Revised October 2016) General Access 1. Hours of Operation, Guest & Cart Fees, Rules of Play, Tournament Schedules and other timely information is posted and/or available in the Golf Pro Shop. 2. Thursday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays only threesomes and foursomes will be allowed to tee off before 3:00 PM. The Pro Shop is directed to pair twosomes. No fivesomes will be allowed on these days. Exceptions: October 1 st through May 1 st fivesomes are allowed at the Pro Shop s discretion. In April no fivesomes are allowed on weekends and holidays. 3. Tee times are taken one week in advance. 4. Tuesday is Ladies Day until noon and after 5:30 PM for Ladies Evening Golf on alternate nines. Thursday is Men s Day from noon until close. 5. Children 15 years old and under may only play at the following times: a. Monday After 12:00 PM b. Tuesday 1:30 5:30 PM c. Wednesday All Day d. Thursday 8:00 AM Noon e. Friday Before 5:30 PM f. Saturday After 3:00 PM g. Sunday After 3:00 PM h. Holidays After 3:00 PM i. Exception: Junior golfers 14 and 15 years old accompanied by an adult and golfers 16 years and older may play under the adult rules. 6. No sixsomes allowed. 7. Soft spikes or flat soled athletic shoes are required at Rolling Hills Country Club and all our golf facilities. Caution: These shoes do not provide as much stability and traction in all circumstances as the metal spikes do. Please proceed cautiously to prevent injury. 8. If lightning is in the area, all play shall cease. Although the Golf Pro Shop staff may warn players about lightning in the area of which it is aware, the Club does not assume any duty to detect lightning and warn the players. If Club personnel warn players about potential lightning in the area, players must stop play immediately. 9. Jogging, bicycling and fishing are not permitted on the golf course at any time. Recreational walking is limited to the cart parts and should not interfere with play on the golf course. Recreational walking is not permitted during periods of peak golf play and shall be at the sole risk of the Member. 5 October 2016

Guest Play 1. Local Guests are non-members that reside within a sixty (60) mile radius of RHCC. 2. Local Guests are limited to play one (1) time a month with a maximum of six (6) times a year and must be accompanied by a member. A local guest may play on Wednesday and Friday. A female guest may also play on Tuesday and a male guest may play on Thursday. 3. Out of Town Guests are non-members that reside outside a sixty (60) mile radius of RHCC. 4. Out of Town Guests may play when accompanied by a member on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. A female guest may also play on Tuesday and a male guest may play on Thursday. 5. Reciprocity is offered to members of other country clubs outside a sixty (60) mile radius of RHCC. 6. Reciprocal Guests must pre-arrange tee times with the Pro Shop and may not play on weekends. 7. Rain Check will be issued and is good for eighteen (18) holes if a guest plays less than thirteen (13) holes and must quit due to rain. The Rain Check is good for one year. No refunds for rain. 8. Immediate Family Guests are described as a member s mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son,grandchild and great-grandchild. Immediate family guests may play when accompanied by a member on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday (including Holidays). A female guest may also play on Tuesday and a male guest may play on Thursday. Guests shall pay all applicable fees. Etiquette 1. Anyone on the golf course, practice facilities and the upstairs of the Clubhouse must use good judgment in proper attire. NO tee shirts, tank tops, or bathing suits will be allowed. 2. All players must register in the Pro Shop before beginning play. 3. All play must begin on the first tee unless otherwise instructed by the Pro Shop or Starter. 4. If your group is not complete at your tee time, you must either tee off without them or wait until the next available tee time. 5. Take no more than ten (10) minutes between nines in the Clubhouse. 6. Foursomes have priority and the right of way on the golf course. Groups smaller than four (4) do not have the right of way and should not expect to play through larger groups on busier days. 6 October 2016

7. A single player has no standing and should give way to a match of any kind. Twosomes should not expect to pass through players who are holding their place on the golf course and should pace their play so as not to exert pressure on the players ahead. 8. Speed of play: It is the goal of all players to complete their round in less than four hours and fifteen minutes. This amount of time is more than adequate, provided all players remain aware of the rights of others to play without delay. It is the responsibility of each group to keep pace with the group ahead. It is each group's responsibility to be observant of its position on the course and keep pace. As a matter of golf courtesy, any group not waiting on another group in front of them but has a group or groups behind waiting MUST speed up their play or step aside and allow the following group or groups to play through. 9. If a player is repeatedly warned for slow play, the Club may take such action as it deems appropriate, including without limitation, restricting the person s use of the golf course during certain times of the day. Course 1. Replace all divots. 2. Repair your ball mark and one more. 3. Rake all sand traps. Enter and exit the sand bunkers at the lowest point, take a rake with you and rake the sand as you exit the bunker. Leave the rake inside the bunker. 4. Yellow signs are positioned in front of the greens to protect the surrounding turf. Please return to the cart path upon reaching these signs. 5. Practice is NOT permitted anywhere on the golf course except on the practice range and the practice putting/chipping greens. A practice putting green is by the practice range between #14 and #15 fairways. If you have more than two (2) balls in play anywhere on the golf course, you are in violation of this rule. 6. Obey all signs on the golf course. Golf Carts 1. Only one cart is allowed per twosome, two carts per threesome and foursome, and three carts per fivesome. 2. Club owned rental carts are rented on a First come, first serve basis. A member will be responsible for any damage to a club rental cart during use of cart by themselves or their guest. 3. You must be 16 years of age and have a valid driver s license to operate a golf cart (rented or privately owned) on RHCC property. 4. The golf course is for player s golf carts only. No joyriding is permitted. 7 October 2016

5. All golf cart drivers must observe operational rules as posted, i.e. cart path only signs, no carts beyond this point signs, 90 degree rule signs, etc. 6. Cart Path Only rules apply to the entire course and driving range when posted. The Golf Course Superintendent will determine when carts are to remain on the cart paths only. 7. Those Members with Handicap Privileges (physical disability) need to check in the Golf Shop for specifics during inclement weather. 8. 9. All carts entering and exiting RHCC property must travel with the flow of normal golf direction of play. Carts should not cut across fairways and should always be respectful and yield to all players on the course. Cart traffic entering and exiting the golf course should also be aware of the current cart path regulations for that day and adhere to those regulations as they enter and exit the course. Flagrant or repeated violations will be addressed by the Board of Directors and may result in suspension of privileges. RULES FOR HANDICAPPED GOLFERS (Added December 2007) 1. Any member of Rolling Hills Country Club may petition the Board of Directors for special permission to not adhere to the daily golf cart usage rules set forth by the Golf Course Superintendent. 2. Any member petitioning for these exemptions must state to the Board of Directors the medical condition which prohibits the individual from adhering to the daily rules. The Board must then vote to decide whether or not to grant the exemption. 3. Any member receiving special permission must obtain a handicapped flag from the Golf Shop (at their expense) that must be attached to that individual s golf cart any time the cart is in use outside of the daily golf cart usage rules. 4. Any member that receives a handicapped flag for the above reasons must either ride by themselves in their individual golf cart or with another member with a flag and in this case both flags must be present and attached during play outside of daily rules. 5. Members without flags are not allowed to take advantage of the special exemptions of the members who receive permission to obtain flags. 6. The handicapped flags allow the member to use golf carts in areas that are temporarily closed to golf carts for daily use by all other members. 7. Flags do not allow cart use on the golf course when the entire golf course is limited to carts being on the Cart Path Only. 8. Flags do not allow cart use on the golf course within 30 yard of any tee or green complex. 9. Any person found to be abusing these special privileges will have their flag revoked by the Board of Directors. 8 October 2016

Tennis Rules (Revised October 2016) 1. Adults have court priority over children under 18 years old on weekends and holidays. 2. Local guests are not permitted. Exceptions: a. As dates of members over 16 years of age. Member must accompany the guest on the premises. b. Local Guest privilege is limited to one invitation per month for any guest. 3. All guests must sign the guest register before entering the courts. 4. Proper tennis attire is required. All tennis players must wear shirts. Shoes other than tennis shoes are not permitted on the courts. Block soled shoes are not allowed on the courts. 5. League Play and Instructional Group Clinics have priority on the use of the courts. 6. Players will observe a time limit of one hour or one set when others are waiting to play. 7. No bicycles, skateboards, rollerblades, etc. are allowed on the tennis courts. 8. No glass drinking glasses or glass containers of any kind are allowed on the courts. 9. Loud and profane language is expressly prohibited. 10. Please put trash in the trash containers. 11. USTA rules of courtesy and etiquette will apply at all times. Infraction of the rules can lead to suspension. Please learn and use tennis etiquette. 9 October 2016
