All entries must conform with all respect to The Rules of Amateur status as approved by R&A Rules limited. SIZE OF FIELD The field shall be limited to 120 players based on first come first serve system upon receiving and acceptance of application. The committee reserves the right to refuse any entry without assigning any reason for such refusal. Decision of the committee as to acceptance and refusal of any entry shall be final.
RULES OF PLAY The championship will be played in accordance with the rules of golf as approved by the R&A with the local rules as approved by the committee. FORMAT OF PLAY The championship shall be decided by stroke play over 3 rounds of 18 holes, subject to the committee s right in the event of circumstances which make the playing of 54 holes impracticable, to cancel any round or rounds at it s direction. No players cut will be made after 36 holes. A team event for boys and girls will be held in conjunction with the championship. Players will play according to the following age groups: Boys Division Group Age HCP Limit HCP Index Class A 15-17 years old 12 or lower 10.9 or lower Class B 13-14 years old 16 or lower 14.4 or lower Class C 11-12 years old 20 or lower 18.9 or lower Class D under 10 years old 25 or lower 22.8 or lower Girls Division Group Age HCP Limit HCP Index Class A 15-17 years old 12 or lower 11.5 or lower Class B 12-14 years old 16 or lower 15.2 or lower Class C under 11 years old 25 or lower 22.8 or lower Team Event Boys Team Each boys team must comprise of 2-3 players, any combine group A and B. the best 2 score every round shall be the teams score for the championship. The team returning the lowest combine gross score for rounds of the championship gross score for 3 rounds of the championship shall be the winner. Girls Team Each girls team comprise of 2-3 players, any combine group A and B, the best 2 score every round shall be the teams score for the championship. The team returning the lowest combine gross score for 3 rounds of the championship shall be the winner. Trophy will be granted to five (5) Best Score of Boys Classes A, B, C, D. Trophy will be granted to three (3) of Girls Classes A, B, C. Team Event: Trophies will be granted to the boy s team and girl s team with the team submitting the lowest combine gross score over the 3 rounds: CHAMPION RUNNER-UP 1 st RUNNER-UP ENTRY FEE, CLOSING DATE and CADDIE All entries must be made on the official prescribed entry form, which must be certified by the captain or secretary of the participants Club or Golf Association.
