Dear Parent, Donnelly's is proud to be your uniform supplier. We take pride knowing that we offer the best value by combining quality products, competitive prices, and customer service. It is important to us that we take care of your uniform needs. To accomplish this, it is important that you order your uniforms for st September at the InSchool Fitting, or by the deadline of July 31. We need time to prepare and deliver your uniform before school starts. It is not too early to order uniforms. When we fit, we allow for growth. If necessary, we will exchange sizes or refund deposits if you cancel your order. Why? Important Ordering Information: You should order uniforms for next year on school fitting day. 1) Ordering on the school fitting day or by June 15 gets you 20% off your layaway order. 2) Ordering by June 15 th qualifies you for free alterations. 3) Ordering from June 16 th July 31 st gets you 10% off your order. th Don t worry about ordering early. Why? 1) We allow for growth when we size your child. 2) If necessary, we exchange sizes in the summer to ensure the correct fit. 3) You can cancel items if you ordered too much. Notice: Parents do not need to be at an InSchool Fitting. We'll fit your student during the school day. To have your student fit by Donnelly's, we need you to return your order form indicating the items you would like. Donnelly s will send a copy of fitted sizes home by mail for parent approval. Changes and exchanges are allowed during the delivery process. For Home Delivery orders, include your credit card for payment of balance due for quicker delivery when the order is complete.
