This year the tournament will take place at the Old Hickory Golf Club 6652 Big Tree Rd., Livonia, NY on April 29 th, 2017. This year's event will conclude with the awarding of prizes, Chinese Auction Raffle and a steak dinner. Our team is hosting this event to not only bring together our supporters, but also to bring in new support for our upcoming 2017 2018 season. Our organization will be entering its 11 th season of play in 2017-2018. The Rochester Institute of Technology ACHA Ice Hockey Team competes in Division I of the American Collegiate Hockey Association as a part of the Northeast Collegiate Hockey League. Our organization operates at a budget close to $50,000 each season and a majority of the money comes directly from our players. Our program is funded mainly by the students who are a part of the organization, which makes our fundraisers very important to our team s future. Enclosed are a Tournament Flyer, Registration Form, Sponsorship Packages, Sponsorship Form and Donation Form. We hope that you choose to sponsor our tournament in any of the methods listed below. A Cart Sponsorship from your business is the minimum we hope for. It allows us to promote you at our event with a 12 x 18 Sign with your logo, to be displayed on a cart throughout the tournament. We are also accepting items to enter in our Chinese Auction Raffle and hope that you will consider donating. Please join us for the Rochester Institute of Technology Men s ACHA Hockey 6th Annual Golf Tournament Saturday April 29 th, 2017 Our tournament will feature a Scramble Format with a Shotgun start at 10:00a.m. Included in this year s event are prizes for Closest to Pin, Longest Drive, Closest to hockey net, Straightest Drive and Overall Winning Team. There will be many games/activities throughout the tournament to make the event fun including a 50/50 cash drawing. Proceeds will benefit the RIT Men s ACHA Hockey Team.
