OVER AGED PLAYERS: Exemptions for over aged players are given by the organizers. One overaged player in a boy competition. Two overaged girls in a girl competition. Only one overaged girl can play in a boy team. 3 overaged players can be on the team list, but only one in the boy team and 2 girls in the girls team can play in the game. If the team comes with only one team, f.e. Prague boys 2000 and not 1999, than the exception is for free. If you come with team Prague 2000 and 1999 and You would like to have one boy 1999, who should play in the 2000 team than the exeption costs 20,-Euros. PRIZES: The best teams in each category will be awarded with a diploma, cup and medals (max. 20 per team).
RULES: The tournament will be played according to the valid IFF Rules. PLAYING TIME: The match time in all categories will be 2x15 minutes; quarterfinals, semi-finals and finals will be played 2x20 minutes. The playing time will not be measured effectively with the exception of the last 3 minutes of the eliminating matches starting from the quarterfinals. There will be no team time-out with the exception of the eliminating matches starting from the quarterfinal. FIELD SIZE: Standard field size for categories G16, G18, B14, B15, B16, B17, B18 Smaller field size 36x18 m for categories G12, G14, B12, B13 REFEREES: Referees are nominated by Czech Floorball Union. SYSTEM: will be specified later A and B play off tree. The teams are divided into groups of four or five where all teams will meet in round robin series. All teams in each group will advance to the play off. The ranking in the group will decide your opponent in the play off. All play off matches will be decided by the cup system (direct elimination). INSURANCE: Every player is taking part in the tournament on his own risk. The participants are not insured by the organizer. REGISTRATION: We have to obey the rule: "First come first served" because the number of participants is limited. Please complete the registration by the on-line formula published on www.praguegames.cz before April 20, 2018. ACCOMMODATION: The lodging is provided from July 10 till July 14 (4 nights), and can be extended both before and after these days (the teams are welcome to arrive earlier for a training camp).
The stay at the school cannot be extended. All lodgings are within an easy reach from the city center and the sport arenas. The accommodation is arranged in the following categories (for further descriptions of the offered hotels please see the internet pages): SCHOOL the whole team stays together in one classroom. All participants must bring their own sleeping bags and mattresses. Each classroom can be locked. YOUTH HOSTEL lodging is provided in multi-bedded rooms (maximum 7 beds) with common facilities. Bedding provided. HOTEL B simple tourist class hotels, lodging is basically provided in multi-bedded rooms with private facilities. HOTEL A good tourist class hotels, lodging is provided in triple, double or single rooms with private facilities HOTEL A+ first class hotels, lodging is provided in triple, double or single rooms with private facilities HOTEL AA Four stars first class hotels, lodging is provided in triple, double or single rooms with private facilities. Good connection to the city centre. LODGING PRICES WITH HALF BOARD INCLUDE Activity card, breakfast, dinner (2 courses) and arrival assistance. Meals from breakfast 11/07 till breakfast 14/07. INDIVIDUAL FEE: Any team that does not accept any of the lodging alternatives offered by the organisers is obliged to pay the individual fee - EUR 45/per person. This fee includes the activity card and also the cost for international promotion of the tournament and higher service cost for foreign teams. Trainings and friendly matches are booked in the tournament arenas (rinks and goals included); the final schedule will be published on the Internet page. INSURANCE: Please note that every participant is taking part in the tournament on his own risk and is not generally insured by the organization. Therefore a general travel insurance is recommended. PENALTY: In case the team cancel the registration later then on June 13, 2018, the penalty of EUR 200 will be charged. DATES TO REMEMBER: April 20 - deadline for registration and registration fee payments May 15 - the final registration confirmation and lodging specification is sent out by the organisers June 10 - the accommodation or individual fee to be transferred June 13 - Groups draw at our web site June 27 - the final game schedule at our web site July 10 - Tuesday - official arrival day, final team registration (arrivals on 11/07 are exceptionally possible, this should be indicated in the registration) July 11 - Wednesday - the 1st tournament day - group matches start at 08.00 a.m. July 12 - Thursday - the 2nd tournament day July 13 - Friday - the 3rd tournament day, final matches (category B12 and G12) July 14 - Saturday - the Final tournament day - final matches, (last final is over at approx. 08.30 p.m.), Prizegiving Ceremony.
