Learn the finer art of preparing some of the most popular Vietnamese dishes with a chef from the region. The cooking class is held in the resort s organic garden.

9 LOCAL FISH AND LOBSTER FARM VISIT This fascinating outing takes you to a local floating fish and lobster farm by traditional Vietnamese boat. If you like, you may buy a fish or a lobster directly from the farm for our chefs to prepare back at the resort, cooked just to your liking. A fee for preparing your catch will apply.
10 FISHING IN THE BAY Cruise the scenic bay with a local fisherman on a traditional wooden boat while combing the waters for a bite in the early morning hours. The resort s location on the leeward side and in a semi enclosed bay results in winds that are rarely strong, enabling the freedom to practice this exciting activity in relative safety. Our watersports instructors are available to assist with a 60-minute private lesson.
