Attached are the fixtures to end of the season to allow you start your planning, we have given you as much notice as possible. As previously advised the season will end on the as per instructions from the Football Association. A significant amount of time has gone in to preparing these fixtures with the weather since the turn of the year, they have been challenging to say the least. Where Midweek or Bank holiday fixtures have been cast, these were unavoidable and therefore in advance we thank you for your co-operation in getting these games played. The kick off times for midweek are a suggestion based on available light, however should it be required the length of each half can be reduced to ensure the completion of fixture, this should be discussed with the appointed referee. In addition, the kick of Bank Holiday Fixtures can be amended, if both clubs are in agreement, however it is important this is agreed 7 days in advance in writing with this information provided to the appropriate fixture secretary and referee s officer. Also where we are aware you have lights the kick off time has been recorded as 7:30pm, please let us know if you wish this to change. We would also like to remind you of the recent guidance issued around league Rule, this was successful on the with 3 games played following a switch of venue. We would like to point out that any further are likely to lead to an additional midweek fixture, therefore any action to play a fixture on a Saturday will keep these to a minimum. You also will note that we have doubled up with a few games with varied kick off time, this has been done to reduce the number of midweek games, I trust you will work with us on these games. We will do our best to stick with these dates, however please be aware further revisions may be required if the weather does not improve. If you have any questions, feel free to email the appropriate fixtures officer as a reminder, however please don t ask for a change of fixture date as the games scheduled as mentioned above have taken a significant amount of time to allocate.
