There were 10-12 items missing, but working with vendor to obtain missing items Boosters will be hosting a 12 Team C Level Tourney, instead of both B and C levels. Merchandise will be available at this tournament. Few ice hours won t be used and returned to RAHA Merchandise will be available at the Mite Jamboree for the last time this season Boosters to sponsor an event to discuss Rosemount Identity with Board and Blue Line Clubs
Gambling Manager: Troy Crowell Pull tab account thru end of Nov = ~$92K Ice bills will be paid through pull tabs = ~$31K $1200 paid in state taxes for raffle Working on a quote for new speakers/sound system for Carbones to announce meat raffle and bingo Girls Blue Line Club: MJ Carlson Jersey night for Girls Varsity Game will be on December 9, 2014 Locker room air and deodorizer to disinfect locker rooms. Has helped with less illness and smell and less bacteria. Cost is $810, $50 maintenance fee and every 2 years the cell will need to be replaced. Arena Manager has agreed to do maintenance for free. This will be a one month pilot, then would reach out to RAHA/Boosters for help with costs. This is for the Girls Varsity Locker Room. Boys are looking at doing the same in the Boys Varsity Locker Room Will also be presenting this at the Booster Meeting Concessions Manager: Kali Lauer Tim is no longer doing Concession Stand. We need another person to assist with concessions $2700 in sales during the Bantam Tournament down from last year Mini Mite Jamboree will be at RCC, so concessions will be open for the jamboree Consider opening for single, traveling games Ice Scheduler: Kris DuPuis Ice Schedules - All ice is pretty much scheduled. Holding a few hours in February to see how district schedules work out Extra weekend hours to possibly give back to IGH and Drake IP outdoor schedules are available on team calendars. Start around 12/15 when warming houses open Dryland to be scheduled by each Mite/8U Team and $750 can be used at either The Pond, Total Hockey and/or Crossfit Send out reminder to coaches and team managers to clean up the dryland room at The Pond and be respectful in the locker rooms and how you leave that space Accountant: Doug Ebner Transferred the following amounts from the Merchant Account (online transactions come into) to the Main Account for the following: o Traveling Registration: $4, 040 (Budgeted $6,500) o IP Registration: $23, 285 (Budgeted $22,000) o Tryouts: $21, 900 (Budgeted 20, 000)

Mini Mites still need to be rostered by the end of 2014 Used NGIN Tourney Tool for the Bantam Tournament. Worked well and scores were updated right after the games were played. Gave feedback to NGIN on trial product. Will also be used for Squirt Tournament as a trial too. Cost is $8 per team to purchase in the future Squirt Tournament DIBS shifts were put out on Monday and were almost all claimed by Wednesday All the At-Large DIBS positions have been submitted to be claimed and need to be done so by 12/31/14 Need to get mini mite coaches hours submitted to Chris Kalata in the next few weeks Coaches Coordinators: Stacy Johnston, Jeff Tuccitto, John DeBettignies Jr. Gold: Pete DeMaio involved in evaluations. Worked to find a spot in Eagan for the 5 players to play this season at the U16 level. Current team has 13 seniors this season. Look at having waivers ready for next year to sign/approve right away after evaluations Sent out reminder on SafeSport and Coaches Certification to coaches Motion: to give mini mite head and assistant coaches a pool of 37.5 hours to be divided out for volunteer credits as determined by the head coach. Look at adjusting to cover taxes. RAHA currently pays taxes on the product First raffle drawing this Saturday, December 8 th, 5pm. Motion passes: 12-0 (John DeBettignies not present for vote) Thanksgiving Bantam Tourney Recap (Mike Humble) Sibley won the tourney, Delano took 2 nd place, Rosemount took Consolation Player Code of Conduct (Kyle Anderson) Give to team managers and coaches this season and have them read it to the team and have all the players listed on conduct form for signature For next season, consider parent conduct to be available in NGIN and required at registration Kwik Trip Program (Chris Kalata) Changing their program and cutting the discount to 5% on 12/31 and then give RAHA 10% back on in-store purchases. Communication to the association on Monday, 12/8 Motion: to purchase up to $100, 000 in Kwik Trip gas cards before 12/31/14 to take advantage of the 10% discount.
