Ras Al Hamra Golf Club Muscat, Oman GOLF MEMBER OPTIONS Individual One (1) Primary Golf Member. Family One (1) Primary Golf Member and one (1) Secondary Golf Member. The Secondary Golf Member must be the Primary Golf Member s legal spouse and up to two (2) children aged below 18 at the commencement of the Golf Membership. Additional children below 18 may be added to the Family Golf Membership for an additional fee. Unaccompanied Junior One (1) Primary Golf Member. Junior must be aged below 18 and his/her parent must not be a Golf Member. PDO Pensioner One (1) Primary Golf Member. Pensioner must be retired from PDO with a PDO Pensioner Number The Golf Membership fee must be paid in full within 14 days of notification of acceptance of the application. Acceptance will be via the email address nominated on the application form and will be deemed to be delivered on the date of sending by the club. Failure to pay the specified fee in full within the 14 day period will result in such acceptance being withdrawn. The Golf Membership applies to the calendar year January 1 st to December 31 st. Renewal of this program is automatic and all Golf Members must advise the Club in writing 30 days in advance if they do not want to renew their Golf Membership. TERMS AND CONDITIONS (Please initial each page to acknowledge acceptance of these terms and conditions) PRIVILEGES / BENEFITS Golf privileges are available to Golf Members and their guest(s) at the Club. A shared golf cart or trolley and complimentary use of the practice facility on the day of play, subject to availability. Tee times can be reserved up to 14 days in advance and are subject to availability. Golf Members may bring up to three (3) guests at a reduced rate, accompanied by the Golf Member. Golf Members are entitled to handicap privileges at an additional fee and complimentary daily use of lockers based on availability. Golf Members are requested to carry their Golf Membership identification card at all times and may be requested to present their Identification card to confirm tee time bookings and to receive other services and benefits. Failure to present the Identification Card upon request may result in privileges 1 P age

Academy tuition, rentals and other for-fee services are not included in Member privileges. NON-EQUITY AGREEMENT Each Golf Member will be entitled to use the facility in accordance with the privileges granted by this agreement. Having a Golf Member does not imply any right or privilege to participate in or to administer the Club s business policies and does not create any ownership, vested or proprietary right of any kind in land, the facilities or its assets. MANAGEMENT OF CLUB FACILITIES The Club reserves the right to restrict access or to otherwise reserve the Club facilities for such purposes as the Club deems appropriate including, without limitation, maintenance, tournament play, promotional activities and special events. GENERAL CLUB RULES AND POLICIES Golf Members agree to comply with the rules, regulations and policies of the Club. Any Golf Member who violates this agreement or otherwise engages in conduct detrimental to the Club is subject to revocation of being a Golf Member without refund. All Golf Members are responsible for their guest s conduct and behaviour. FOOD AND BEVERAGE Under no circumstances is any Golf Member or his/her guests allowed to bring food or beverage from an outside source to the Club without prior written consent from Club management. Failure to comply with this policy may result in termination of your Golf Member agreement. DRESS CODE Appropriate golf attire is required at all times on the golf course, see below; Accepted Collared polo or mock neck golf shirt Tailored shorts, Trousers or golf skirts Golf shoes (soft spikes only) Prohibited T-shirts / sleeveless tank tops Tracksuit pants of jackets Football shirts / shorts / board shorts Gym wear, leggings or bathing attire / steel spikes / flip flops Any Denim / jeans TEE TIME/RESERVATIONS Only the Primary and Secondary Golf Member may book tee times. The Golf Member is entitled to a 14 day booking window. Any Golf Member participating in an outside event/corporate day (16 players or more) held at the Club will be subject to pay the 2 P age

Ras Al Hamra Golf Club Muscat, Oman applicable entry fee for the event. Members must check-in to the golf shop prior to play at all times. A Golf Member can book up to one (1) tee time per day (four (4) individuals). All tee time reservations are subject to availability. No re occurring golf reservations shall be accepted. CANCELLATION POLICY Ras Al Hamra Golf Club has a strict 48 hour cancellation policy in place. The Golf Member will be held accountable for any tee times which have not been cancelled prior to 48 Hours. Late cancellation and no shows will result in charging the Golf Member a fee of 5 OMR per player to the Golf Members nominated credit card on file. GOLF MEMBER PROVISIONS The Golf Member application form must be completed and signed by the Golf Member or prospective Golf Member before the Golf Member process can begin. The name that appears on the signed Golf Member application form will be considered the Golf Member. The Golf Member can upgrade to other categories of Member and pay a pro-rated additional fee. Golf Memberships are Non-Transferable. DAMAGES/LIABILITY Golf Members and their guests use the facility at their own risk. The Club and the Operator and each of their respective directors, employees, agents and representatives are not liable to Golf Members or their guests for damage to or loss of any property, or injury or death to persons in connections with their use of the facility. Each Member and each of their guests indemnifies the Owner and the Operator and each of their respective directors, employees, agents and representatives against any loss of or damage to any property or injury or death to persons caused or contributed to by each member or by their guests while using the facilities. REFUND/POLICY CHANGES The Club does not offer refunds to Golf Members under any circumstances. The Club reserves the right to change fees, dues, services and operational procedures without prior notice to the Golf Member. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION The Club may terminate a Golf Member by notification in writing, at the last address shown on the Club records for that Golf Member. A terminated Golf Member will not be issued any refund of their initial Golf Member fee and will remain liable for all dues and other indebtedness incurred. A Golf Member in good standing is one who has no outstanding dues or Club charges. Use of the Club facility is available only to Golf Members in good standing and their guests. SEVERABILITY In the event any part or parts of this agreement are determined invalid or unenforceable, such part or parts shall be severed and their remainder shall be in effect. 3 P age

Ras Al Hamra Golf Club Muscat, Oman AGREEMENT Being a Golf Member is subject to approval by the Club and this agreement shall become effective only when the application is approved by the Club. The undersigned states that he/she has read and understands the Terms and Conditions of this agreement, agrees to be bound by such Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that he/she has received a copy of this Agreement. Acceptance and approval by the Club constitutes a contract between the parties, granting the Applicant all rights and privileges afforded to the applicable Golf Members under the current Terms and Conditions. Rules and Regulations may be amended from time to time at the Club s discretion. The Club reserves the right to cancel any Golf Member s agreement in part or in full with or without cause. 4 P age

SPORTS ACTIVITY WAIVER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY WARNING: THIS AGREEMENT WILL AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, READ IT CAREFULLY Every person MUST read and understand this waiver before participating in club activities: The following waiver of all claims, release from all liability, assumption of all risks and other terms of this agreement are entered into by me ( ) with and for the benefit of: Ras Al Hamra Recreation Centre & its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, coaches, officials, business operators, agents, and site property owners or Occupiers in which activities are provided by the Organization. 1. Activities includes but is not limited to sports, fitness, functions, instruction, use of the facilities, participation in programs, and services provided to the Member by the Organization. 2. I am aware that there are inherent and significant risks ( Risks ) associated with participation in the Activities. I am aware that those Risks include but are not limited to the potential for serious personal injury caused by any event or any condition of the facility or equipment and health risks. I understand the risks may be relative to my own state of fitness and health (physical, mental and emotional), and to the awareness, care and skill with which I conduct myself while participating in the Activities. 3. I freely accept and fully assume all responsibility for all Risks and possibilities of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from my participation in Activities. I agree that although the Organization has taken steps to reduce the Risks and increase safety of the Activities, it is not possible for the Organization to make the Activities completely safe. I accept these Risks and agree to the terms of this waiver even if the Organization is found to be negligent or in breach of any duty or care or any obligation to me in my participation in Activities. 4. I confirm that I have reached the age of majority in the province or territory in which I am participating in Activities. 5. In addition to consideration given to the Organization for my participation in Activities, I and my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators and assigns (collectively my Legal Representatives ), agree: to waive all claims that I have or may have in the future against the Organization; to release and forever discharge the Organization from all liability for all personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting from my participation in Activities due to any cause, including but not limited to negligence (failure to use such care as a reasonably prudent and careful person would use under similar circumstances), breach of any duty imposed by law, breach of contract or mistake or error of judgment of the Organization; and to be liable for and to hold harmless and indemnify the Organization from all actions, proceedings, claims, damages, costs, demands including court costs and costs on a solicitor and client basis, and liabilities of whatsoever nature or kind arising out of or in any way connected with my, or my guests participation in Activities. 6. I agree that this waiver and all terms contained within are governed by the laws of The Sultanate of Oman and its territories, in which the Activities are provided to me. I hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Sultanate of Oman or its Territory, any litigation to enforce this waiver must be instituted in the Province or Territory in which the Activities are provided by the Organization.

Dear members/guests, Welcome to the RAH pool, We will hope you enjoy your time at the pool. To ensure we keep everybody safe in and around the pool we have employed professional life guards and we have the following rules: 1. Our life guards are fully certified by the Royal Live Saving Society of Australia and they are in charge of the pool. They will make sure that you have a good and safe time in and around the pool. Please obey their instructions; in case you do not agree with them please do not argue with them but ask for an explanation of the rules. In case you do not agree with the rules; please contact Club Management. 2. Please take a shower before entering the pool, this ensures the water in the pool remains clean. 3. Please dress in appropriate swim wear, swim shorts, bikini's, bathing suits and burkinis are all allowed. Normal shorts and T shirts are not. 4. In case you are coming with young children who cannot swim on their own; ensure you are always in the pool with them at arm's length. Sitting at the edge of the pool is not good enough. 5. Ensure that young children were nylon diapers and not the normal diapers. The pool needs to be closed in case of unhygienic circumstances and we would like to limit this as much as possible. 5. Children younger than 12 years old are not allowed to be in the pool without t supervision. ii They can be supervised by older brothers or sisters. 6. Refrain from running around the pool, pushing each other in to the pool, throwing balls and bringing inflatable toys. Floaters for young children are of course allowed. 7. It is not allowed to bring glass bottles or glasses in to the pool area. RAHRC Club Management
