Summit Invitational Gymnastics Meet 2016 Meet Details Dates: Thursday June 1 through Sunday June 4, 2017 Location: Rules: Canmore Recreation Centre - 1900 8 th Avenue, Canmore, AB WAG: -Women s Canadian Junior Olympic program (CJO) will be followed for JO 1-9 -Canadian Aspire Program will follow the latest Aspire Manual -Competition will run on a single set of equipment MAG: -2016-2020 Canadian Provincial Pathway Rules Provincial 1, 2, 3, 4 Apparatus: Equipment is Speith Anderson and AAI. Specifications will follow AGF guidelines. Awards: WAG: -JO 3-9 and Aspire: Medals for 1 st 3 rd, ribbons for 4 th -8 th on each event and AA -JO 1 & 2: Each participant will receive score-range ribbons on all 4 events (Gold, Silver, Bronze) plus a score-range AA medal -Special awards determined by judges MAG: -Provincial 1: Bronze, Silver, or Gold ribbon on each event, podium awards 1-10 th AA -Provincial 2-4: Medals for 1 st 3 rd, and ribbons for 4 th -10 th on each event and AA -Team awards; special awards determined by judges Registration: Deadline: April 10th. Summit Invitational Gymnastics Meet 2017 - Waiver Please read carefully before signing: In consideration of the Canmore Illusions Gymnastics Club accepting the entry of (insert name of gymnast) ( the Gymnast ) into the seventeenth Annual Summit Invitational Gymnastics Meet to be held June 1-4, 2017 in Canmore, Alberta, the Gymnast, both for herself and her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, waives, releases and discharges any and all rights, demands and claims for damages (whether for personal injury, death, illness, property damage and/or property loss), including claims for negligence, that she may have against the Canmore Illusions Gymnastics Club, the executive, employees and agents of the Canmore Illusions Gymnastics Club, the Town of Canmore, participating Meet sponsors, supporters, volunteers and Meet organizers, arising from the Gymnast s participation in the Meet. The Gymnast acknowledges that gymnastics is a sport with risks inherent in it, and in signing this form it is the Gymnast s intention to accept those risks, and all consequences thereof. The Gymnast acknowledges that she or he has read this release in its entirety, that she or he understands and agrees to be bound by its terms, and that she or he is signing voluntarily and without duress or undue influence from anyone.
