Entry Conditions Number entries/fees & qualifying times Entries are due Saturday 14 th November, 2015. Entries MUST be submitted using Team Manager or Team Manager Lite Free Version (for information on TM lite please refer to http://www.hy-tekltd.com/updates/tm_lite.pdf) Each swimmer is allowed to swim in eight (8) individual events and three (3) relays for 12 & Over, Six (6) individual events and two (2) relays for 9,10 and 11 years. The meet entry fee is 1600THB per swimmer and will include a meet program and lunch coupon for Friday and Saturday (lunch for swimmers/coaches ONLY.) Entry times Please be sure to enter correct times to ensure a quality heat for all competitors. Entry times must accompany ALL events and NT swimmers will not be imported. The meet will only run in a timely manner if QET s are followed by all coaches. Do note that swimmers may be stopped through the event if they exceed the QET (e.g. if a swimmer has not reached the 100m mark in 2:10.00 for the 200m breaststroke QET time of 4:00.00 they may be stopped at the 100m mark.) Additional Entries or Changes Rules: No changes to events on the meet day to accommodate extra swimmers/relays. Please double check your entries prior to the deadline. Scratches are allowed up to Friday January 8 th 201612noon, at which point entries will be final and entry fees will be based upon the number of swimmers at that time, regardless of attendance on the meet day. Relays must be entered to race; names can be left off until check-in at clerk of course announced before the event. Only (A) relays will score points. Any no show for an event will be considered a scratch and the event will be run as scheduled. FINA Rules apply. However false start rule modified to: 1 st false start - charged to field; second false start swimmer disqualified (race is not stopped). Age groups are based on age on the first day of the meet. Coaches please attend the coaches meeting at 7:35am Friday for any clarification of rules. Programs: First Draft Psych Sheet will be sent by e-mail by December 10th 2015. Meet Programs with will be available for sale on meet day and a team supply will be provided to the coach. Coaches will be allocated theirs during warm-ups. Meet will run on Meet mobile Awards: Medals: will be awarded for 1 st 2 nd and 3 rd places, these will be placed in your team bags Ribbons: will be presented to 4-10 th place, these will be placed in your team bags The first place winner of each heat will receive a heat winner ribbon upon exiting the pool. We have a large number of 8 & under athletes competing, often because of the small school size, these swimmers are required to make a team. We will have some motivational awards/ribbons place in your meet bag at the conclusion of the event for the 8 & Under swimmers who are not competitive in the 9 year age group (ie are not in the top 10 place awards)

Individual names will not be called. We will not make any extra announcements for missing swimmers/relays. Only swimmers and coaches may go to the poolside marshalling area We will mark swimmers as No Show if they do not get to the marshalling area on time. Team Area A large shaded area will be available for teams to rest in, A representative from each team should be with the team at all times. Coaches Meeting A coach s social and networking event will be held on Thursday Jan 28 th. More details to follow We kindly request 1 coach per team attend the coaches meeting on Friday 29 th Jan 7:35am at the information tent. All final information will be disseminated at this meeting.
Warm Ups Heats Warm-ups lanes will be assigned once all entries from teams have been submitted. Warm-up space will be allocated on the number of swimmers for each team. Please remind your swimmers to not sit on lane ropes Please start your warm up on time, and finish your warm-up on time. If you start late you will not be given extra time. The 25m short course pool will also be made available for extra warm-up during the meet at specific times only with a coach/ or official team representative present. Warm Ups Finals Warm-ups lanes will NOT be assigned. Warm-up space will be allocated as; Lane 1: deep end 25m dives, Shallow end: turns Lane 2: 50m pace work from Deep End ONLY Lane 3-6: general warm-up Lane 7: deep end 25m dives, Shallow end: turns Lane 8: deep end 15m dives, Shallow end: turns Please remind your swimmers to not sit on lane rope; NO relay changeover practice during finals warm-up. Please use morning warm-up with your dedicated lane space if you would like to practice for relays.
OFFICIAL PROTEST FORM Protest forms can only be lodged at the information desk by a TEAM COACH with an official ID. Parents/swimmers cannot lodge protest forms. Based upon FINA General Rules for FINA Competitions (Section GR 9.2) BISP have the following protest policy: Protests are possible. All protests will be considered by the Head Meet Organiser and/or Referee but there no protest shall be allowed against decisions of fact. Protests must be submitted in accordance with the following: In writing on the form below, with the supporting facts. (More forms available from the Information desk.) Submitted to the Information desk by a registered team coach/manager within 30minutes of the result posting We will ensure that all Protest Forms are reviewed by the Head Meet Referee and that the resolution is communicated to the registered team coach/manager who filed the dispute.
