Blow up balloons prior to event Tie garage sale tags onto balloons prior to event (In 27 much of the night was spent tying the tags to the balloons and it was difficult to keep up with the replacement of the balloons on the board) Place balloons in large black garbage bags. Use magazine pictures that are the current theme to cover the board. Place board on table and lean board against wall. (Boardwalk games are located on walls that have lots of glass. Dart games were located between the attendance office and the counselor s office in an effort to keep darts away from glass walls. Use masking tape to tack balloons along with their money/ticket tag to the Styrofoam board. (Tape should be stuck to the string as the balloons will pop if contact made with tape) When sizable empty spaces start appearing tape up more balloons w/tags up. to stand behind 1 X 1 area for this game.
