There is something for everyone, it doesn t matter how long the sessions are, if they are led by a qualified coach or supervised by leisure centre staff it only costs a 1 (all activities in green boxes). All we ask is that you book in advance so we can plan the session according to numbers attending and avoid any disappointment. Also make sure you have a Telford Loyalty Card (tlc). These activities are available to tlc holders only. If you haven t got one all you need to do is pick up an application form from your local leisure centre.
