Cap/Base Tailored for Nordic conditions AUTUMN SUMMER WINTER SPRING For several years, some of our best winter tyres have been optimized for changing seasons by using a two-layer Cap/Base -structure. The tread is composed of two layers: the softer upper layer (Cap) gives a good winter grip. When the tyres are installed in autumn, the upper layer wears out by the next spring and exposes the harder rubber compound (Base) that gives sturdy handling for suer use. Many of the Noktop retreading materials intended for winter usage have the Cap/Base structure as well. Noktop City tread is developed specifically for demanding winter use in the city buses. It will take the beating of a year-round city driving and it retains its properties even when worn. The siped, aggressive tread pattern provides grip also in thick snow. Noktop 21 Cap/Base Noktop 21 VAN Noktop 21 has already become a classic among winter traction treads. It features the two-layered Cap/Base tread profile, which has the soft upper rubber compound for good winter grip and sturdier lower rubber compound for the following suer. Its Spiral Sipe siping, even wear and low tyre noise make it the best winter retreading choice for wide trailer tyres. Winter tread with excellent wearing resistance. Suitable for all axles, optimal for short and medium haul trucks and buses. Effective siping and siping activators enhance the grip also in demanding winter conditions. With its Cap/Base structure, the tyre installed in autumn will offer good driving properties also in the next suer. Noktop 44 Noktop 44 Super Durable trailer tread for paved roads. Its siping and wide main grooves provide a good winter grip, and the properties of the rubber compound are also suitable for suer use. Excellent mileage and even wear pattern make this tread an economical choice. Noktop 44 Super is designed for wide Super Single tyres. It is suitable for demanding year-round use on paved roads. In the product development we have paid particular attention to good wearing resistance and even wear pattern as well as low rolling resistance and low warming. E-TREAD E-TREAD E-tread 45 Wear-resistant tread suitable for heavy vehicles during the spring, suer and autumn. It is suitable for short and medium haul on the roads as well as off-road. Noktop Loader New winter grip for a wide range of wheel loaders The new Noktop Loader is the first winter retreading material designed for wheel loaders. Its innovative modular design and broad range of sizes ensure that almost any wheel loader can benefit from its excellent winter properties. Using just two different widths of modular tread strips it is possible to retread three of the more popular tyre section widths 23.5, 26.5 and 29.5. For tyre widths of 17.5 and 20.5, Noktop Loader comes in two dedicated tyre section widths. Clear alignment indicators allow for easy positioning of the modular treads.

Off the road Heavy machinery Noktop Loader Noktop Loader is specially designed winter tread for wheel loaders. It offers the best grip on snow and ice but can also be used in suertime. With its modular structure, Noktop Loader can be combined in various widths to fit different tyres. Noktop 21 EM Classic traction tread Noktop 21 will ensure excellent winter grip for earthmoving and other heavy machinery. It is an excellent choice for construction machines and road graders. Noktop 80 Noktop 80 can be used in motor graders, industrial vehicles and earth-moving machinery both on and off the road. Its special rubber compound and wide, self-cleaning groove pattern provides traction and durability as well as excellent cut and crack protection. Available by order only. Noktop 84 Noktop 84 offers durability and traction for off-road use throughout the year. It is especially suitable for wheel loaders and other earth-moving vehicles, such as dump trucks. Noktop 84 has a special rubber compound optimized for earthmoving use. The wide groove pattern ensures good grip, long life and excellent self-cleaning properties. Noktop 86 EM Noktop 86 EM is a tread especially designed for wheel loaders, dumpers and other earthmoving machines. It is suitable for year-round use. Its special rubber compound ensures high durability. The wide tread pattern effectively cleans itself even in soft terrain. Off the road On/Off-road Drive axle Noktop 68 Durable traction tread for special vehicles, on and off-road use. It provides an excellent resistance against cuts and cracks and works both on the road as well as on construction sides. Noktop 68 has good self-cleaning properties which improve the traction on soft terrain and help to keep the roads clean. Noktop 86 A traction tread designed for off-road use and short transfers in special vehicles such as wheel loaders and dumpers. Special rubber compound guarantees a unique tear and puncture resistance, and the tread has a large block structure with excellent self-cleaning and grip. Noktop 86 is not recoended for long-distance transport during the suer. Free-rolling axle Noktop 63 Noktop 63 offers all-weather grip for free rolling axles. It is particularly recoended for timber trailers, providing a stable and precise handling on the road and endures light offroad use as well. Noktop 63 is also suitable for low air volume tyre frames. Noktop 63 Super Retreading material for wide Super Single trailer tyres is suitable for both paved roads and off-road use.
