STAFF Nolan Fuller: Nolan is the Baseball Operations Coordinator with the Baseball Factory. He attended the University of South Carolina Beaufort where he played and coached under the tutelage of current Pittsburgh Pirates First Base Coach, Rick Sofield. He helped the Sand Sharks make their first trip to the NAIA World Series appearance where they finished 7 th in the nation. Nolan is also a Baseball Factory alum, competing in events while in high school. Chris Kievit: Chris is a Sports Performance Coach with Major League Strength. He is a personal trainer who has also served as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at Long Island University. In college, Chris was a four year starter for the LIU baseball program. Mike Moore: Mike is a regional scout with Baseball Factory, and works many of our events as both a scout and coach. He played his college baseball at West Virginia University and then went on to play in the Cleveland Indians Organization. After playing, he began his coaching career with the Marlins where he served as a hitting coach within their organization. Talmadge Nunnari: Talmadge previously served as the GM and Field Manager of the Pensacola Pelicans, a Professional Independent League Team. In his playing days, Talmadge reached the Major Leagues with the Montreal Expos. He was an All- American while at Jacksonville University. Dick Rohrberg: Dick has been coaching in the Tampa area for the past two decades, and is the current Head Baseball Coach at Newsome High School. Previously he was the Head Coach at Sunlake High School in Tampa. He spent 12 years as Head Coach at Chamberlain High School. He is a former college assistant coach at University of Dayton as well as a former assistant coach at University of South Florida and Coastal Carolina University. He played his college baseball at the University of Dayton. Daniel Rollins: Rollins comes to Baseball Factory after spending two years as an assistant baseball coach at George Mason University. He arrived in Fairfax after spending the 2011 season as an assistant coach at Randolph- Macon College where he worked in multiple areas for the Yellow Jackets. He helped coach the Yellow Jackets to a 2011 Old Dominion Athletic Conference Championship and NCAA Regional appearance. Prior to returning to Randolph- Macon, Rollins spent the 2010 season coaching at George Washington University where his primary responsibilities included working with outfielders, hitters and first base coach. Rollins spent two summers serving as the pitching coach for the New Market Rebels in the prestigious Valley Baseball League. Rodney Spradlin: Rodney is a former Head Coach at William Byrd High School (Virginia) where he won a State Championship in 1997. He currently serves as the Pitching Coach at William Byrd. In addition, Rodney has been the Head Coach in the Virginia Commonwealth Games for 20 years. He is also a former Associate Scout with the Kansas City Royals. He played his college ball at Carson Newman College in Jefferson City, Tn.
