Rules and Regulations: Invited Federations: Competition Categories: Age Categories: The event will be organized under FIG rules, as valid in the year of the event, except for any deviation mentioned in these directives: Statutes, Technical Regulations, Code of Points and relevant Newsletters, General Judges Rules, Specific Judges Rules, Doping Control Rules, Licence rules (except for non competitive events), Media Rules, Apparatus Norms, FIG Rules for Sanctioning (approval) of International Events, Advertising and Publicity Rules and subsequent decisions of the FIG Executive Committee. All FIG-Member Federation in good standing are invited to participate. Competitions will be held for Individual Women (IW), Individual Men (IM), Mixed Pairs (MP), Trios (TR), Groups (GR), Aerobic DANCE (AD), and Aerobic STEP (AS). Aerobic Gymnastics: Seniors AG 15-17 AG 12-14 AG 09-11 (the competition for AG 09-11 is not FIG registered) Aerobic DANCE/ Aerobic STEP: Seniors Youth 12-17 (the competition for Youth 12-17 is not FIG registered) Each delegation has to bring own steps. Competition Rules: FIG Code of Points 2013-2016 Exception: In Aerobic DANCE and STEP groups of 5 to 8 people are allowed. Judges and Juries: Accreditation: Event Format: All judges must have a current valid FIG brevet at the time of the event. The accreditation will take place at the Kongresshaus Bad Ischl upon arrival of each delegation. There is no limitation to participants per category and nation. Accommodation: The invited participating federations must pay for the accommodation expenses of their delegation members. EUR 40,- (triple room) Category IV (Apartments without breakfast): EUR 45 (double room) EUR 35 (triple room) EUR 30 (4-bed room, 1x 10-bed room, 1x 12-bed room) 50% of the accommodation costs must be paid to the Organizing Committee not later than August 30, 2014 (Definitive Entry deadline). Entries without the payment of 50% of the Accommodation costs will be considered as invalid and therefore be refused. The hotel rooms will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. The remaining 50% of the accommodation costs must be paid to the Organizing Committee not later than September 30, 2014 (Nominative Entry deadline). Transportation: All hotels are located within a walking distance of maximum 10 minutes from the competition place. The invited participating federations must pay the travel costs of their delegation members. Upon request transportation from Vienna airport, Munich airport or Salzburg airport will be provided by the Organizing Committee at extra cost. Meals: The invited participating federations must pay for the meal expenses of their delegation members. The price for one meal is EUR 15,-. The meals will be served at the competition place. The costs for the meals must be paid to the LOC by September 30, 2014. Sightseeing Tour: A sightseeing tour to the Kaiservilla (Summer residence of Emperor Franz Joseph) takes place on November 2, 2014 in the morning. The price for the tour is EUR 15,- /person. Medical Services: Payments: The LOC will ensure the coordination of all the aspects related with medical and security areas. No payments will be reimbursed after September 30, 2014. Visa for Austria: Insurance: Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the Austrian Embassy in your country, if a visa is required for your travel to Austria. The Organizing Committee will be happy to assist each delegation, provided that the request is made until August 30, 2014 to the LOC. The request must include the function, full name, gender, date of birth, place of birth, home address, citizenship and passport number, passport expiry date, the arrival and departure dates of the Delegation Members. The Host Federation, the Organizing Committee and the FIG will not be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the like. The FIG Technical Regulations foresee that all participating Federations are responsible for making their own arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage against illness, accidents and for repatriation for all the members of their Delegation. The LOC will verify the insurance upon arrival of the Delegation Members (e.g. cover note or photocopy of the valid policy). Delegation Members with insufficient insurance cover must inform the OC in advance. The LOC will subsequently offer insurance at the Federations own charge of EUR 5,-/person/day.
