Welcome to The 2016 Trilogy 24 Recruiting Tournament! Thank you very much for choosing to attend our event. We are honored for the opportunity to work with you and look forward to delivering an excellent lacrosse experience to your program and families. 2016 marks Trilogy Lacrosse s 12 th year of running events and we take our responsibility of educating youth and high school lacrosse players very seriously. We have structured this event to provide the most optimal experience for participants. Games will take place on no more than 3 fields located in a consolidated area so that coaches do not need to get in their cars and travel from site to site to watch teams play. The event kicks off with dorm team coaches checking in on Wednesday from 3-7pm. All teams in the event (on and off-campus) are invited to a recruiting seminar on campus in Kraushaar Auditorium from 7:30-8:30pm. The recruiting seminar will feature college coaches from Division 1 and 3 programs who will participate in a panel style discussion and take Q&A from parents. Our objective in 2016 is to provide a memorable lacrosse experience for your families. In line with this mission, we will have members of our executive, operations, and sales & marketing team on-site managing the event. The rest of our staff is selected based on their event experience and Trilogy Lacrosse background. All have a passion for the game and want to see your families have an incredible experience. Creating an optimal environment for our tournament both on and off the field is our number one priority. We are also very excited about the tournament sponsors and vendors supporting the event. Trilogy Lacrosse branded Under Armour products will be available for sale and their line of equipment will be on display. Games will be filmed in HD and are available for team or individual purchase through First Scout Video Productions. Pre-orders will receive discounted pricing of 20% off. If interested, please secure as soon as possible. The tournament features reputable regional and national club programs and we feel the competitive level at this event will be very strong. This Manual includes valuable information about the tournament; please review it thoroughly so you are prepared. Please contact our President and Tournament Director, Jimmy Vlahakis, with any questions or concerns at tournaments@trilogylacrosse.com or 212-796-7987. Thank you again for choosing Trilogy Lacrosse. We look forward to the seeing you this weekend! Sincerely, Ryan Boyle Chief Executive Officer 3
