Rates & Inventory To access GolfNow Central (GNC) Marketing, your marketing command center, for your course, navigate to manage.golfnowcentral.com. Rates & Inventory To make changes to your tee times, navigate to the Rates & Inventory section of GNC Marketing. This will include six (6) main areas: Update Tee Times, Load Tee Times, Dashboards, Autoloads, Auto Adjust and Rate Fences. Update Tee Times Filter LIVE tee times for immediate change. Changes made here will only impact tee times that are currently live and within the booking window. Select a Rate Set A rate signifies the different types of inventory for a golf course (ex. Resident, Senior, 9 Hole, etc). 1. All Rate Sets allows you to view all tee times for the golf course and make a common change (ex. adding an aerification or course alert). 2. Custom Set allows you to choose multiple rate sets to view and make a common change. 3. Choose a single rate set to view specific inventory and make changes that will only impact that one rate set. Select Tee Time Search Criteria Set the search criteria for the tee times you would like to view and edit. ALWAYS hit Search after changes have been made to the search criteria. 3

Update Tee Times Update Tee Times, continued Update Tee Times - Single Cell Make changes to cells one at a time. Change the results per page to view all tee times on a single page. 1. Click into any cell to make a change. Simply type in the new values or choose from the pick lists. 2. After a change is made the field will be shaded yellow to indicate a change has occurred. 3. Click Update to save your change(s). Update Tee Times - Mass Update Make the same change to multiple tee times at one time. 1. Click Mass Update. 2. Click the drop down next to any heading to make a change. Note: Rack and Online rate can be increased/ reduced by a set amount allowing tee times of different values to be changed by a common amount. 3. Use Select From Grid to if you want to select only a few tee times within your larger selection. 4. Click Update to save your change(s). 4

Load Tee Times Load Tee Times Add LIVE tee times instantly. Ex. Previously scheduled tournament or course maintenance closure has been canceled and you need to have those tee times available for booking immediately. Add a Tee Time Generates one line at a time. 1. Select a rate set. 2. Click Add a Tee Time and one line will appear. Continue clicking to add more lines or use the duplicate feature once you have set up your tee time attributes. 3. Any single tee time can be edited by clicking and changing a single cell. 4. Select and edit a cell in the master row to change all tee times or all selected tee times below. Add Multiple Tee Times Allows multiple tee times to be added at one time using either a selection or generate option. 1. Select a rate set. 2. Click Add Multiple Tee Times and choose between two different ways of adding tee times. Select Tee Times: Choose the precise tee times you wish to add. You also have the option of adding all tee times or all tee times within specific hours of the day. Generate Tee Times: Add multiple tee times throughout the day based on start time, end time and tee time interval. 5

Load Tee Times Load Tee Times, continued Edit Tee Times 1. Any tee time can be edited by clicking and changing a single cell. 2. Select and edit a cell in the master row to change all tee times or all selected tee times below. 3. The Actions column allows tee times lines to be deleted or duplicated. Release Tee Times To make tee times live for booking click Load and Release. 6

Dashboards Dashboards Customizable modules that provide a snapshot of Rounds and Revenue, Weather and Tee Sheet Utilization. 1. Click Add New Page to set up a dashboard. This is a one time step that can be repeated for multiple dashboards. Rounds & Revenue Module View reservations, rounds and revenue for yesterday, last week or last month. Use the advanced mode to compare one day to any other day for analysis. Can also be configured to make weekly and monthly comparisons. Weather Module 5 day weather forecast powered by Weather.com. Weather forecast is based upon the golf course zip code. 7

Dashboards Revenue at Risk Dashboard Demonstrates demand levels by day part and correlates open tee times to revenue. Set up custom day parts and utilization percentage thresholds. With a single click, you can go from this module to the Update Tee Times page which will be filtered to show the tee times you want to change. 1. Initial Set Up: Select the facility and day part then set up custom utilization alert levels. All of these can be changed at a later time if needed. 2. After the initial set up you will view the Revenue at Risk report. Toggle between different dates or use the calendar to choose any day you would like. You can only view out as far as the tee sheet shows availability. 3. Click Reliability in the upper left hand corner under the total tee sheet utilization to update the start time, end time and interval so that it reflects the tee sheet and shows accurate day part analysis. 4. Under Take Action click Update Tee Times to make changes to your live tee times within that day part. 8

Autoloads Autoloads Create a schedule of recurring future tee times based on pre-set parameters. Changes to the autoload will only impact tee times that do not currently exist in Update Tee Times. Manage Autoloads Manage existing autoloads once a rate set has been selected. Choose between the following: 1. Edit - Make changes to an existing autoload. Note this will only impact tee times outside of the booking window. Use Update Tee Times to edit live tee times. 2. Copy - Duplicate an existing autoload to a different or current rate set. 3. Disable - Stop a current autoload from continuing to populate new tee times. 4. Delete - Delete the autoload. By deleting you lose the ability to copy it or reactivate it in the future. Create Autoload Period Choose a rate set and then click the Create AutoLoad Period button to build a brand new autoload. 1. Create a name. 2. Choose between a Standard and Override type. Standard is used for long term or seasonal rates. Override is used for short term specials, maintenance alerts, closures and holiday rates. 3. Choose a release type. In the Tee Time release type each tee time will have it s own line that can be edited. In the Range release type the autoload is set up using time ranges. This should not be used by golf courses that are not interfaced with GolfNow. 4. Choose a start and end date. 9

Autoloads Autoloads, continued Add a Tee Time When release type is set to Tee Time. Click Add a Tee Time and one line will appear. Continue clicking to add more lines or use the duplicate feature once you have set up your tee time attributes. Add Multiple Tee Times When release type is set to Tee Time. Add Multiple Tee Times allows many tee times to be added at one time using a selection or generate option. 1. Click Add Multiple Tee Times and choose between two different ways of adding tee times. Generate Tee Times: Add multiple tee times throughout the day based on start time, end time and tee time interval. 10

Autoloads Autoloads, continued Add a Range When release type is set to Add a Range. Use the range function to create an autoload using time ranges instead of individual tee time lines. Allows for fast set up and easy editing. 1. Click Add a Range and a line will appear with a start and end time. Continue clicking until you have enough lines to account for each day part. 2. Set the start time and end time for each line. 3. Set the number of tee times per range. To include all tee times in the range, type all. Edit Tee Times 1. Any tee time can be edited by clicking and changing a single cell. 2. Select and edit a cell in the master row to change all tee times or all selected tee times below. 3. The Actions column allows tee times lines to be deleted or duplicated. Release Tee Times 1. Select GolfNow Websites to release tee times only to GolfNow and it s affiliate websites. 2. Select Custom Release to send tee times to GolfNow and a custom booking engine or just your custom booking engine. 11

Auto Adjust Auto Adjust When added to a tee time an auto adjust will automatically adjust a tee time s rate, player rule or release group based on days or hours in advance of the tee time. Auto adjusts can be added to a tee time in the autoload or in update tee times. Manage Auto Adjust Schedules Manage existing auto adjust schedules once a rate set has been selected. Choose between the following: 1. Edit - Make changes to an existing auto adjust schedule. 2. Copy - Duplicate an existing auto adjust schedule. 3. Delete Create Auto Adjust Schedule Click Create Auto Adjust Schedules and follow the steps below: 1. Title the auto adjust. Create a name that will allow you to identify it from a drop down when adding to your tee times. 2. Click Add a Rule. You can add as many rules to one auto adjust as you would like. 3. Set the parameters for the auto adjust. The only fields you must fill out are Days/Hours Out and Days of the Week. The rest are optional based on the adjustment you would like to make to your tee time. 4. Click Save. Apply an Auto Adjust Schedule Once an auto adjust has been created it can be added to any individual or group of tee times in the autoload, load tee times, or update tee times. Please note: when adding an auto adjust to tee times in Update Tee Times, retroactive changes will not occur. Ex. A 4 day out auto adjust will not change the pricing of a tee time that is 2 days out. 12

Rate Fence Rate Fence Keep rates within a desired time frame. Required for interfaced golf courses that do not post every tee time on the tee sheet. Rate Fences can be located in the AutoLoad Schedule or under the Rate Fences heading in Rates & Inventory. Create a Rate Fence Click Create Rate Fence and follow the steps below: 1. Title the Rate Fence. 2. Select the type. Standard is a long term schedule with no end date. The end date will automatically populate when a new rate fence is created. Override is a short term schedule that has a set start and end date. 3. Set the start date (and end date if setting up an override). See above. 4. Click Add a Fence as many times as needed. A fence is needed anytime there is a change in rate throughout the day. 5. Click the days of the week that should included. Dark blue indicates the day of week is selected. 6. Click on the time line to add a fence. You can click directly into the time box to edit. 7. If needed, use the magnifying glass to zoom out and choose later times. 8. Click Save. 13
