The Juniors and Youngsters categories (single skating) except category chicks are associated with European Criterium Tournaments 2000/2001. The results of these teams will count for the competition of the International Trophy of Figure Skating, organized by the Italian National Sport League U.I.S.P. Entries: All clubs, members of National Figure Skating Federations associated with I.S.U., are invited to take part in the competition. Each club can enter 2 competitors in each category (2 males and 2 females and 2 dance couples). The organizing club reserves the right to enter more competitors. In case of too many entries the organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants. Deadline for entries: The entries (competitors, judges, teamleaders, coaches, other persons) must reach the organizer by January 8, 2001 at the following address: Eissport-Klub Engelmann c/o Helmut Sieber Stegmayergasse 14, A-1120 Wien, Austria Phone and Fax: + 43-1-804 93 91 Charges: ATS 300,- have to be paid for each competitor at the registration before the competition. Expenses: The organizer does not pay any expenses of the teams. The hotel accomodation (Austria Trend Hotel Donauzentrum) and full board for referees and judges will be arranged and paid by the organizer from dinner, February 11, 2001 until dinner, February 16, 2001.
Judges: Each club which has entries in at least two categories can enter one International Judge or Judge for I.S.U. Championships. In case of too many entries, panels of judges will be drawn on January 10, 2001. Afterwards a written confirmation will be sent to each club. Responsibility: In accordance to I.S.U. Regulations, rule 119, all participants act at their own responsibility. The organizer will provide medical emergency aid during the competition. Music: Music will be reproduced from a cassette player (normal speed). Cassettes must have the full name of the competitor, club and category in which the competitor is entered. Cassettes must be handed over to the organizer immediately after the arrival of the teams. Calculation of results: Results will be calculated and published in accordance to I.S.U. Regulations 2000, Rules 353-357. Awards: The three best placed competitors of each event will get special presents, the others diplomas. Prize Money and Hellmut-Seibt-Badges: The winners (female and male) with the relative best performance (at least 60% of the most reachable points) of the single skating categories Springs, Debs, Novices and Juniors are the winners of the Hellmut-Seibt-Badges. Each winner of the badge will get a Prize Money of 5.000,- ATS. If a winner is absent at the Awarding ceremony of the Hellmut-Seibt-Badges he will not get the Prize Money. Accommodation: All participants, except referees and judges on duty, have to pay the accommodation by themselves. The organizer gets very special prices at some hotels (see the following list). If you want the accommodation at this special price, it is necessary to mail or fax the enclosed hotel reservation form till January 8, 2001 at the latest exclusively to Profi(t)Center Travel Service. Then you will get a bill which is to be paid immediately, because the reservation will become effective when the money is on the account. Please make your remittance for room lodging in this way that all costs of banking will be paid by yourself (that means: Profi(t)Center Travel Service must get the full amount!).
