This move mimics turning a capstan to raise or lower the anchor on a ship. On the last four counts, break the formation and do 4 plain capers facing up to form the set. Land the second half-caper with feet together, coming face-to-face with your opposite corner, and feint left on the anacrusis. Two double steps to cross over, passing right-shoulder-to-right-shoulder. Galley left to face your opposite corner, two plain capers. At the same time as the first corner dance their plain capers, second corner (2 and 5) come in with two plain capers, then perform the same steps as first corner. Repeat for third corner. At the same time as the third corner dance the plain capers, all the other dancers come in with two plain capers leading into the next figure.
