Course entry fee includes: Spit Roast Dinner at Surf Life Saving Lakes Entrance and presentation at 7pm a short stroll over the footbridge Club facilities including bar will be open from 5pm Brief & Start Times: Paynesville o All entries open at 10am onwards o Sea kayaks & Spec Skis, briefing at 10.30am o Sea kayaks & plastic skis start race 11.30am o All other crafts, briefing at 12pm o Spec Skis & Outriggers & junior double crafts & plastic ocean skis race starts at 1pm o Ocean Racing Skis & all senior doubles crafts race starts at 1.30pm Metung o All entries open at 12pm onwards o Briefing at 12.30pm o Sea Kayaks & plastic skis race starts at 1.30pm o Ocean Racing Skis & all senior doubles crafts & outriggers start at 2pm Entry fees: Paynesville to Lakes Entrance o $60 per paddler o $120 per double craft o Sea Kayaks can pay $60 to go into the prize for a charger ski or pay $30 for the draw for the flat earth kayak sail Metung to Lakes Entrance (short course 13km) o $30 per paddler o $60 per double craft o Sea Kayaks can choose to go into the draw for either the paddle or kayak sail Entries close 21 October 2011, a late entry fee of $20 will be required after this date. Entries will be accepted up until the start of the race at each venue. Prizes: Paynesville to Lakes Entrance for all those that complete the course will go into a draw for a new CHARGER surf ski valued at $3000 Short course entrants Metung to Lakes Entrance for all those that complete the course will go in a draw for a CHARGER paddle valued at $500 FLAT EARTH KAYAK SAIL valued at $400 All sea kayak entrants can choose either the sail or paddle draw Each competitor on a single or double craft will be eligible for the prizes There are only three prizes on the day, with no exchange for cash Suggested Parking at Lakes Entrance: 500 meters east side of the footbridge, where crafts can be paddled to the waters edge and easily removed at end of race
