Measurement of dissolved oxygen Proper oxygen levels are important in many processes involving the use of pure and ultrapure water. Electrochemical oxygen sensors The Thornton high-performance sensors have been designed for in-line measurements of dissolved oxygen in the low ppb-range in power plant cycle chemistry and in ultrapure water applications of the semiconductor industry.
