Dear Potential Sponsor Thank you for taking the time to consider partnering with the Montgomery County Fair as a Major Sponsor in 2018. Please see below for more information on our organization. The Montgomery County Fair Association is celebrating 61 years strong in April 2018!!! We proudly support the youth of Montgomery County by offering a multitude of opportunities that promote the building of college scholarship funds while bringing families and friends together in a learning-based atmosphere. In 2017, the Montgomery County Fair Association awarded a total $1.3 million dollars to the youth of our county as a result of record breaking totals in the Livestock Auction, Non-Livestock Auction and Replacement Heifer Sale, as well as Calf Scramble, Fair Queen and Scholarship Trail Ride programs. Our success widely depends on the 2400+ volunteers whom are active on over 70 committees to pull the shows together annually. In 2017, the Montgomery County Fair had over 2,200 Junior Exhibitors in the Livestock, Non-Livestock and Ag. Mechanics Shows, and over 200 Adult Exhibitors. We offer activities for all ages including a 2-night Rodeo with mainstage entertainers both nights. To cater to small children we offer 2 Kid s Days for field trips and grounds entertainment. We host a Special Education Day complete with an auction to sell every entry. One entire day is dedicated to our Senior Citizens, which includes a meal, Bingo, a 65+ Homemaking Show and a King and Queen is crowned. The Pet Parade is a highlight that pleases many fair-goers and to top it off, we end the week with a HUGE BBQ Cook-off which occupies 140+ teams. The Fair lasts for 10 days and our attendance on average is 62,000. We have the opportunity to partner with many businesses in the county to cross-promote products and services. It is because of these generous partnerships that we can continue to increase our awards and provide a family-friendly event for the patrons within our county and surrounding areas. The Montgomery County Fair Association strives to create a fun, educational environment based on family activity and involvement. We work each day to create a learning-based event that will entertain families of all ages at a low cost, as well as support the youth in our area through scholarships. All base packages ($5000) include printed promotional rights with ID/logo use in accordance with the item to be sponsored, as well as the sponsor s choice of signage: (4 X8 ) at (1) ticketed entrance & (1) sign in the Rodeo Arena. Hospitality events include 10 general admission passes for any night, VIP parking, recognition on the MCFA web site and 4 sponsor badges. These sponsorships are subject to a variety of benefits based on the amount of the gift and the requirements of the sponsor. Donations up to $2,499.99 will be recognized on a donor board (name printed) and will receive audible recognition before and after the event. Donations valued at $2,500.00-$4999.99 will be recognized in the MCFA Newsletter (2 editions each year) in addition to the donor boards and audible recognition. Donors are subject to a variety of benefits based on the event or program and the amount of the gift. Donor Exclusion: The use of logo s are permitted ONLY for the purchasers of Roping Gates, Chute Gates, Exit Gate and Announcers Stand, however no other benefits will be awarded. The MCFA reserves the right to grant logo usage at their discretion during the week of the fair for all donations received.

Example: Welcome to the DEMONTROND Commercial Exhibits HORSESHOE CLUB PRESENTER: $10,000 Branding of the 21 and up club with sponsors name and logo. Branded signage occurs on front points of the building. *Horseshoe Club Entertainment venue for guests of the fair that are 21 or older, music, dancing, and cold beverages. Example: Welcome to the FINWAY INC. Horseshoe Club SIPPIN AT SUNSET WINE GARDEN PRESENTER: $10,000 Branding of the 21 and up shabby-chic wine garden with sponsors name and logo. Branded signage occurs on front points of the venue, referred to presenting sponsor in all printed materials and is offered exclusivity on product offering. Example: BERNHARDT WINERY Presents the Sippin at Sunset Wine Garden at the Montgomery County Fair! GOLF CART PRESENTER: $10,000 Branding of grounds transportation by placing the sponsors name and logo on all the golf carts used by Fair officials, Fair staff and Fair Committee Members. These carts are used for the duration of the fair. Example: Grounds Transportation Sponsored by: PRECISION PRINTING EL DIA DE LA FAMILIA: $10,000 Branding of the day with sponsors name and logo. The Day will be named after the presenting sponsor. *This event is geared ward Hispanic Heritage with bands present for life entertainment. LIVESTOCK AUCTION TITLE: $8,500 Title Sponsor of the Junior Livestock Auction to take place on Wednesday, April 13, 2016. NON-LIVESTOCK AUCTION TITLE: $8,500 Title Sponsor of the Junior Non-Livestock Auction to take place on Monday, April 11, 2016. TRI-POD TITLE: $8,500 Grounds signage is presented on approximately 20 metal tri-pod racks placed throughout the fairgrounds. The title sponsor will have a logo d sign placed on the top of each grounds sign rack for the duration of fair. SOUTH PARKING LOT TITLE AND NORTH PARKING LOT TITLE: NEW 2 @ $7,500 EA. Banner with logo will be placed on major entrances of the parking lots.* *Will consider consolidating sponsorships for both parking lot titles. EXHIBITION BUILDING TITLE: $7,500 The Special Education Show, Junior Non Livestock Show and Auction, Adult Shows and Calf Scramble Banquet take place in this newly renovated venue to be named after the Title Sponsor. RODEO EVENTS PRESENTER: $7,500 Before each event of the Rodeo, the announcer will say The Bull Riding is brought to you By.... The Rodeo Events Presenter will be announced prior to each event that takes place in the rodeo that evening. SOUTH, NORTH AND WEST ENTRY GATE TITLE: 3 @ $7,500 each Each entry gate will be named after the title sponsor, with 2 logo signs placed at each gate. EVENT TENT TITLE: $6,500 Events such as the Fair Queen Public Speaking Contest, Kids Day and Special Education Day lunches, the Pet Parade and Cowboy Church take place in the Event Tent named after the Title Sponsor. SHUTTLE BUS TITLE: $6,500 During the weekend of the cook-off, we offer 6 shuttle busses from 2 locations in Conroe to assist in the travel needs of the fair-goers. The shuttle bus stops, both on and off-site will have a sign with the logo of the sponsoring business present, along with small logo signs in each bus windshield. COUNTRY STORE TITLE: $6,500 The Country Store on the fairgrounds includes MCFA-banded appareal, fair projects and incorporates a historical memory lane. The presenting sponsor will have a logo d sign on the front of the building and it will be referred to as such. SCAN BADGE TITLE: $6,000 All fair members, vendors, sponsors, and grounds workers are required to use display a badge at all times that also is used to scan them in and out at the gate. The sponsors logo will appear on th efront of the scan badges to be used for the duration of the fair. APPRECIATION PARTY TITLE: $6,000 Annual Membership Appreciation Party for members, sponsors and tenured auction buyers, held at the convention center to recognize and honor the hard work and dedication of our supporters and members. You will be honored as the title sponsor on the invitation, distributed to over 1800 households and businesses.

FAIR QUEEN CONTEST: $5,000 Contest in which high school juniors vie for the title of Montgomery County Fair Queen. Coronation during Saturday Night CPRA Rodeo. CALF SCRAMBLE: $5,000 Exhibitors scramble to catch a calf which entitles them to a sponsorship to purchase a heifer to be shown at the fair the following year for a chance to win a scholarship. SPECIAL EDUCATION DAY: $5,000 Various organizations bring special needs students to the grounds to enjoy a day at the Fair. KIDS DAY: $5,000 Various elementary schools spend a day at the Fair, touring the facilities and educational exhibits. AG. MECHANICS CONTEST: $5,000 Students exhibit their welding projects for grading, judging and placement. NON-LIVESTOCK SHOW/ADULT SHOW/SPECIAL EDUCATION SHOW AWARDS PRESENTER: $5,000 As trophy s/banners are awarded, the sponsor s name will be printed on each. BBQ COOK-OFF AWARDS PRESENTER: $5,000 As trophies are awarded in the Cook-off, the sponsors name will be printed on each one. HORSESHOE, WASHER PITCHING AND CORNHOLE CONTEST: $5,000 Contests take place during the BBQ Cook off and the sponsor s name will be on each award. JUNIOR COMMITTEE PROGRAM: $5,000 Encourages the younger generation to become involved with the Fair behind the scenes and to promote their involvement after graduation. This also gives them the opportunity to add service projects and field-study activities to their resumes. RODEO STOCK AND PARTICIPANT LET-OUT GATE: $5,000 This gate is opened and closed to let rough-stock out of the arena and to let rodeo participants in and out also. It is located in the alley between the two sets of bucking chutes. The title sponsor s logo would be displayed on a sign covering both gates. GROUNDS ACTS AND ENTERTAINMENT: $5,000 EA. Sponsor will have a 4x8 sign at the location of the act/show, their name will be recognized before & after each show. 1. Barnyard Comedy Races: Races with goats, pigs, ducks and dogs. 2. Kids Pedal Tractor Pull: Kids compete to see who can pedal tractors fastest with loaded weight. 3. Cowboy Boot Camp: multiple hands-on activity stations that depict the farming and ranching way of life. 4. TBD we are in the final stages of solidifying this act.
