(4) MY PLEASURE - (8) DUQUE - (3) GALATA TOWER - (6) GOLD FROST

Race 2 1. NATURE'S ORDER - One win from nine starts to date and has been placed in a couple of Class 2 races 2. FORTUNE DE MER - Decent effort in a handicap on the sand at Deauville last time out and not ruled out 3. MEHZAM - Has been in good form recently but disappointing in his two starts on the sand 4. MAIDSTONE MAJESTY - Had some good placed form earlier in the year but needs to reproduce that 5. BLUE PAINT - Only out of the first three in one of his eight starts and not without a chance hare today 6. SENEPARK - Won a Class E race on his second career start at Le Mans last month. Tougher test today 7. PRINCESS OF SNOW - Still a maiden after twenty two starts but a fair effort here last time out 8. HELMSDALE - A winner of a maiden and two claimers this year. Could run in to a place today 9. ELARA - Unplaced on her debut in a claimer at Chantilly last month. Hard to recommend Fifth behind Goderville in a handicap over course and distance last month (2) FORTUNE DE MER who won her maiden at Chateaubriant in April can notch her second career success today. The consistent (5) BLUE PAINT has his first try on this surface but must be respected. (8) HELMSDALE has won three times this year and is respected. (3) MEHZAM is next best. (2) FORTUNE DE MER - (5) BLUE PAINT - (8) HELMSDALE - (3) MEHZAM

She is out of a dam that was a Group Three winner in Germany and is reputed tp be pleasing on the gallops at homr. She can make a winning debut here at the expense of (2) MARMARAH who is also whispered to be pleasing connections

on the gallops. (10) REINGARD and (4) MONTILLANA can make the frame. (3) SA MOLA - (2) MARMARAH - (10) REINGARD - (4) MONTILLANA

Race 4 1. WINGATE - One win from eleven tries so far this year and could be an each way prospect 2. PONT NEUILLY - Five time winner from sixty si but the long losing run continues unabated 3. EARLETTA - Very nice hit rate with eleven from fifty five and could be ready for another 4. ZAMIRA - Off the mark on the last of her ten starts here over course and distance last time so more to come 5. WHITE JACKET - Dual winner from seventeen and the hope is that last run was needed after short break 6. ZANICIA - She is a triple winner from thirty nine but the feeling is the handicapper is in charge 7. GASCON - Very little promise in his three starts to date and looks a forlorn hope on handicap debut 8. CROPUS - Sual winner from fourteen runs but one suspets a place is by far the best hope 9. ZANHILL - Twice a winner from thirty three but way out of form now and is opposed 10. STOHAILA - Off the mark three starts back but has quickly reverted to type now so off the radar 11. NEVER WITHOUT YOU - Remains a maiden after fourteen starts and while placed a few times is easy to toss aside 12. GORMLAITH - Off the mark two starts back and in fairness put up an improved performance last time in second 13. SALON KNIGHT - This well bred maiden was placed twice at Chantilly lately prior to nice run here 14. BRIDJNAIA - Gained her sixth win from a century of runs at Saint-Cloud last time so needs respect 15. CATCH THE LADY - Got her first win from sixteen from out of the blue at Saint-Cloud in October but reverted to type since 16. SNOWY SUNDAY - This eight times raced maiden finished third to Zamira here last time so needs looking at

There might be the usual maximum field to contend with here but there is the possibility of a very strong win wager and that is (4) ZAMIRA who powered home at this venue under today's pilot to break her maiden status last time. She can take care of (16) SNOWY SUNDAY and (13) SALON KNIGHT who were close up behind her in that event. (3) EARLETTA and (12) GORMLAITH can also trouble the judge. (4) ZAMIRA - (16) SNOWY SUNDAY - (13) SALON KNIGHT - (3) EARLETTA - (12) GORMLAITH

Race 5 1. TIME SHANAKILL - Won a Class B handicap here on the sand in July and a good fifth to Astral Merit in a Listed race here last time out. Not ruled out despite top weight today 2. RUBENS - Won a Class G claimer on the sand at Lyon La Soie two weeks ago. Plenty weight to carry but will be suited by this surface and can run in to a place today 3. VEAKALTO - Seventh of sixteen here behind Caravagio in a Class D handicap last time out in October. He is a course and distance winner and must be respected today 4. SKIPERIA - Ninth of sixteen behind Astral Merit in a Listed race here last time out. Won a couple of Class D handicaps at Saint-Cloud during the Summer but has struggled since 5. SEE THE SUN - Won a Class D handicap in a close finish at Toulouse last month and carries a 3 Kg penalty today. Won three in a row on the sand at Pau earlier this year 6. VIRGINIE - Third of fourteen behind Mer Et Jardin in a Class D handicap at Lyon Parilly last month. Rarely runs a poor race but yet to get her head in front in this calendar year 7. DONUTS REYOR - Seventh of eighteen behind Black Night in a Class D handicap at Saint-Cloud last time out in October. Has his first start at Deauville today but has some decent form on the sand at Chantilly 8. THURGOVIA - Third of fourteen behind Jasmiralda in a Class D handicap on the sand at Chantilly last time out on October 31st. Just her fourth handicap start today and is respected here 9. LE BANDIT - Second of six behind Heaven On Earth in a Class D race at Salon-Provence earlier this month. Capable at this level on his day but just two wins from his last twenty seven starts 10. MAGARI - Runner up behind Rubens in a Class G claimer at Lyon La Soie last time out. Won a similar race at Marseille Vivaux earlier last month and has place prospects here 11. SIR BIBI - Second of seven behind Acrobate in a Class E race at Lyon Parilly last month. Ran well on his only start here when fourth to Time Shanakill in a Class B handicap in July 12. HAPPY CAUSE - Second of sixteen here behind Caravagio in a Class D handicap last time out in October. Won a Class E handicap here this time last year and is not without a chance today 13. DANDY D'ARCIS - Sixth of sixteen here behind Funny Kid in a Class D handicap over 2500m last month. Fourth to Caravagio here before that and

should be staying on at the finish 14. FORECASTER - Fifth of eight behind Master Dan in a Class D race last time out at Bordeaux. Has won five of her ten starts in France but faces a stiff test here today 15. ATLANTIK CUP - Gets a 3 Kg penalty today for his hard fought win in a Class E handicap at Lyon La Soie last time out on October 4th. Might find a few too good here today 16. GEONPI - Running well in handicaps lately including a close second behind Komodo here over course and distance in October. On a fair mark and could run in to a place today (12) HAPPY CAUSE had a two month break before winning a Class E handicap here this time last year. He has had a similar break this time around since finishing second here in a Class D handicap in October. He gets the vote ahead of (9) LE BANDIT who showed signs of a return to his best at Salon-Provence earlier this month. (7) DONUTS REYOR and the top weight (1) TIME SHANAKILL are two more to consider. (3) VEAKALTO is next best. (12) HAPPY CAUSE - (9) LE BANDIT - (7) DONUTS REYOR - (1) TIME SHANAKILL - (3) VEAKALTO - (2) RUBENS - (6) VIRGINIE - (8) THURGOVIA

Race 6 1. DANDIES - Has been progressing well but is raised 2.5 Kg for his handicap win at Marseille Vivaux last month 2. GOOD TO TALK - Five wins from seventeen starts all of them in claimers. First try on this surface today 3. LAMCHOPE - Has won three claimers this year and ran well on this surface in a handicap in August 4. CANOUVILLE - Runner up behind Elefend in a handicap at Fontainebleau last time out. Not ruled out 5. OUT OF SYSTEM - A couple of promising efforts in maidens at Chantilly but a tough test on handicap debut here 6. DRAGON'S TEETH - Runner up behind Favoritisme in a claimer here nine days ago. Place prospects today 7. HISTORIA - Disappointing on her handicap debut at Fontainebleau last month. Dropped 1 Kg today 8. MA PETITE TOSCANE - Decent third behind Elefend on her handicap debut at Fontainebleau last month. Respected 9. VADLANA - Well beaten fourth in a claimer at Lyon La Soie last month. Hard to recommend here 10. WIMALYA - Has some decent form in claimers and a fair effort on her handicap debut at Saint-Cloud last month 11. KYVON DES AIGLES - Disappointing on his handicap debut at Saint-Cloud last month. Others preferred 12. JOAN JET - Runner up twice at Clairefontaine in August but two poor runs since then 13. NO SPEED LIMIT - Unplaced in a maiden here on the sand last time out. Needs to improve on handicap debut 14. SIYOUGIRL - Unplaced in both of her handicap starts to date and unlikely to feature today 15. NORWEGIAN LORD - Unplaced behind Favoritisme in a claimer here nine days ago. Handicap debut today 16. AUTUMN LODGE - Unplaced in a claimer at Croise-Laroche last month but will be more suited to this surface

A winner of a claimer at Saint-Cloud in October (4) CANOUVILLE ran well here on her only start on this surface in August. She had (8) MA PETITE TOSCANE behind in third when runner up at Fontainebleau last time out and can confirm those placings today. (5) OUT OF SYSTEM and (1) DANDIES are two more for the short list. (3) LAMCHOPE is next best. (4) CANOUVILLE - (5) OUT OF SYSTEM - (1) DANDIES - (8) MA PETITE TOSCANE - (3) LAMCHOPE

Race 7 1. FROSTY BAY - Won on the sand at Pornichet in January but disappointing at Chantilly recently 2. LODI - Just his second handicap start today but needs to improve on recent form 3. CONFIDENT KID - Placed in all three of his starts in France but faces a tougher test here today 4. SHANAWEST - Decent effort here when second on her penultimate start and must be respected off this mark 5. POULFOS - Placed in his last five handicaps including four of them here. Not without a chance 6. LYAVENITA - Has not won since October 2016 but is well handicapped at the moment 7. REZAT - Disappointing on her handicap at Angers last month and needs to improve on that 8. GOOD DEAL - Dropping back down the handicap but needs to improve on his recent form 9. HEXIS - Raised 2 Kg for his win in a handicap at Saint-Cloud last month. Can be in the mix here 10. BARBASSIONNE - Raised 2 Kg for his win in a handicap at Pornichet last month. Place prospects 11. MUNGUS - Won a Class G claimer at Amiens last month but two poor runs since then 12. PAMPA BRIGHT - Easy winner of a Class E race at Le Mans earlier this month. Respected here 13. CHAPARDEUSE - Disappointing in her last three races since winning a handicap at Clairefontaine in June 14. DIFFERENT VIEWS - Unplaced in his last three races since winning a handicap at Saint-Cloud in September 15. MAROBOB - Raised 2 Kg for her win in a handicap here last month. Stiff test today 16. MAJURA - A course and distance winner in a Class E handicap here in July. More required today

Runner up behind Bowl in a Class D race here over course and distance in October (4) SHANAWEST is well handicapped at the moment and gets the vote to record her fifth career success today. (12) PAMPA BRIGHT needs to prove herself on this surface but was an impressive winner at Le Mans this month and must be respected. (5) POULFOS and (6) LYAVENITA are two more to consider. (10) BARBASSIONNE is next best. (4) SHANAWEST - (12) PAMPA BRIGHT - (5) POULFOS - (6) LYAVENITA - (10) BARBASSIONNE

Race 8 1. MUNAWER - Has not run since June 2nd when runner up in a claimer at Saint-Cloud. Not ruled out here 2. ZAITANA - A close third behind Amade in a Class 2 race at Lyon La Soie two weeks ago. Respected 3. BODUON - A well beaten fourth behind Spanish Gift at Durtal last month. Needs to improve 4. HANABAAL TUN - Improved from his debut to be fourth in a maiden at Chantilly last month 5. LOUIS - Unplaced in a maiden at Croise-Laroche last time out. Hard to recommend here 6. BERSERK - Unplaced on his debut in a maiden at Amiens last month. Others preferred here 7. MOMOUR - Placed in one of his five starts in Greece and unlikely to feature today 8. SISSI DOLOISE - Placed in one of her ten career starts and likely to find a few too good here 9. YAZZEYNE - By Teofilo and is the second foal to run out of a dam that was Listed placed 10. COURDEMANCHE - Has not run since April 28th when runner up in a claimer at La Teste Buch 11. HERA - Unplaced on her debut in a maiden at Saint-Malo in May. Hard to recommend today 12. RUBIS QUEEN - By Motivator and is the third foal to run out of a dam that has produced one winner 13. PAST SINA - Third behind Be My Sheriff in a maiden at Chantilly last month. Place prospects here

Race 9 1. PENJACK - Four time winner from twenty five but must produce top form here to win 2. BLACK JEWEL - Ten time winner from eighty seven and has a productive if busy campaign 3. MEANDRO - Has won a fifth of his fifteen runs and does arrive here in decent order 4. LILY CARSTAIRS - Six time winner from thirty two but the assessor seems to be in charge 5. MILLENIUM PARK - Has collected thrice already this season but another one here will be a struggle 6. ALBEROBELLO - Made it win number two at Nantes in October but needs at least a repeat of that form 7. ADMIRE FUJI - Seven time winner from fifty nine including over course and distance on penultimate start 8. MOON ECLIPSE - She has placed once in just the six attempts but there will be worse outsiders 9. SWISS MAN - He is four from forty nine but that last time out effort is a big worry for today 10. SIGNS OF PEACE - Won two of her last three runs at Saint-Malo but below par elsewhere since then 11. SILVER EXPRESS - One win from seven outings. Totally unexposed and improving with every chance 12. MACELLO - Twice a winner from twenty one and will have a good chance despite last effort 13. BLUE FLEUR - One win from her five runs. Very unexposed still and could go well fresh here 14. SENATOR FROST - Triple winner from twenty nine runs but form seems to be in a bit of a tailspin 15. RISE HIT - Dual winner from fifteen runs but looks an each way chance at best perhaps 16. AMIRAL - Dual winner from twenty two but seems out of form when last seen in July

There a few of these that are very unexposed types and it nearly always pay's to give such types preferential treatment when it comes to this time of year. One such animal is (11) SILVER EXPRESS who looks to have a really big shout in this. (13) BLUE FLEUR is another at a very big price. (8) MOON ECLIPSE could go well too and might offer value. (7) ADMIRE FUJI and (2) BLACK JEWEL could go well too. (11) SILVER EXPRESS - (13) BLUE FLEUR - (8) MOON ECLIPSE - (7) ADMIRE FUJI - (2) BLACK JEWEL

Race 10 1. GRANTS PASS - Rattled up a hat trick during August/September and October before sound fourth last time 2. DANCE WITH STARS - Has won a quarter of his sixteen runs and was going for four in a row last time 3. SPRING PRINCESS - A dual winner from fifteen and was an improved second last time out so that was better 4. LA MILVA - Three time winner from thirteen but has been up against it of late and work to do 5. KOMODO - Has won six from twenty starts including over course and distance two runs ago 6. SWERTIA - She has won two of her last thgree and at this venue last time over further. Chance 7. SIYAKA - Has won a fifth of her twenty starts but this will be a tougher proposition 8. KING'S PACK - He is a triple winner from sixteen outings and would have a squeak on a going day 9. MOTABAARY - Half a dozen wins from twenty nine runs and did finish runner up at Chantilly last time 10. MARATHON MAN - One success from nine runs but must up game somewhat to feature in this 11. FILS PRODIGUE - Three time winner from twenty runs but has just run out of form at the minute 12. VENERABLE - In a lovely run of form and just denied the hat trick at Chantilly last time 13. BELLA BOLIDE - She is one from six and may just have a better chance than her form figures suggest 14. WALLIS - A four time winner from twenty three but does feel more of an each way animal today 15. RAVEN RIDGE - Five time winner from forty five but may need the handicapper to relent some more 16. LADY SIDNEY - She is a dual winner from twenty runs and was a good second at Chantilly last time

The end of what has been an incredibly busy day and if there are any punters still left standing then maybe a small investment on (6) SWERTIA might get the job done for them. The filly won very well over further here last time but the drop in trip will pose no problem. (12) VENERABLE must come into play being in such great form too. (13) BELLA BOLIDE and (16) LADY SIDNEY would not be surprise winners. (7) SIYAKA has an each way shot. (6) SWERTIA - (12) VENERABLE - (13) BELLA BOLIDE - (16) LADY SIDNEY - (7) SIYAKA

VINCENNES - 14th December Trainer of the day : Sébastien Guarato (509, 507, 915) Jockey of the day : David Thomain (509, 707, 915) Horse of the day : Eagle Speed (509) Dark Horse : Fakir Mérité(205) Race 1 1. ETAN D'AMBOISE - Yet to show any particular aptitude for the game. Changes direction but still not easy to like 2. EN AVRIL UN SOIR - Sanctioned in all three ridden starts and will not be easy to trust 3. EMIR DE REBOMARD - Has placed just once from seven career starts and appears to be facing a stiff test 4. ELTON DE CHANLECY - Kicked his career off respectably under harness. Sanctioned twice since comeback but could redeem himself somewhat in this code 5. EVERMOKO - Sanctioned as often as not but left a good impression here on Sunday and backs up with realistic ambition 6. ECUREUIL PHIL - Useful sort that struggled here eight days ago but is not short of talent and can trot into the money 7. EROICO BELLO - Late starter that won smartly on debut late November. In a tougher category here but still looks good enough to double his money 8. ET MAINTENANT - Not the most productive horse in the field and unlikely to influence the result 9. ELVIS MADJI - Has demonstrated respectable consistency in the other code and if ability transitions should not be far off the mark 10. EPHEBE - Talented type but sanctioned more often than not. Won smartly at Amiens last time and if applied can put on another good show 11. ETRE DU PONT - Promising sort in the specialty. Went close at Amiens last time and returns to Vincennes with a realistic chance of finishing close 12. ECLAIR DESBOIS - Has looked a different horse in this branch of the business. Pleased last time on the short course and looks a player on first start on the outer track 13. ECHO JIEL - Has demonstrated respectable ability in the other code and with

Matthieu Abrivard on board for ridden debut could pleasantly surprise (7) EROICO BELLO demolished a decent field on debut at Cabourg late November. He has the profile for the outer track here and is eminently capable of keeping his perfect record intact. (11) ETRE DU PONT caught the eye on Vincennes debut late September - his form is not in doubt and if applied can play an important role. (10) EPHEBE has been sanctioned more often than not but on good behaviour can complement his recent Amiens victory. (6) ECUREUIL PHIL can also prove a handful but is good enough to trot into a minor-money spot. (7) EROICO BELLO - (11) ETRE DU PONT - (10) EPHEBE - (6) ECUREUIL PHIL

Race 2 1. FIFTY BARBES - Tricky sort that has not shown enough to be considered threatening here 2. FURIOSO BEACH - Sanctioned two for four. Surprise second at Le Croise- Laroche ten days ago but unlikely to repeat 3. FILS DE STAR - Respectable sort that finished runner-up to (8) FREDO GRIFF at Reims last month and will have his supporters 4. FREE AND EASY - Flew up at Parilly earlier this month. Abrivard takes over in the sulky and looks the horse to beat 5. FAKIR MERITE - Won pleasantly at La Capelle on debut last month. In better company here but has earned the right to take his chances 6. FIRST DAIDOU - Well-regarded colt that would have finished in the frame here last month had he not faulted. If applied can pick up a cheque this time 7. FILOU DE BEAULIEU - Got it right last month at the third time of asking and makes the long trip to Paris with a reasonable chance of finishing in the mix 8. FREDO GRIFF - Talented colt that has been impressive so far. Makes his Vincennes debut and will justifiably garner significant support 9. FIX IT - Won on debut before never threatening here last month. Has been deserted by Nivard which does little to inspire confidence 10. FILOPOTO PENA - Regularly gives his best but more productive at a lower level and unlikely to shake things up 11. FASCINOSO DE LOU - Respectable trotter that had trouble in running when going well here last time and with a better trip should acquit himself honourably 12. FANZI DU GLANON - Consistently in the thick of things and although third at Graignes last time will still need to find more 13. FALCO BERRY - Won his first two starts in good order. Never at his ease here late last month but if behaved can make amends 14. FANGIO GRIFF - Occasionally shows a lack of discipline but otherwise very useful. Decent third over shorter here last time and makes his debut on the outer course with legitimate ambition (4) FREE AND EASY came good on his promise at Lyon-Parilly earlier this month with a facile victory over shorter and in similar form will have the measure of most here. He can expect to be opposed by the promising (8) FREDO GRIFF who has done everything asked of him to date. After winning two in a row (13) FALCO

BERRY did not enjoy the best of luck here late November but with stride in check should be able to apply the pressure. (11) FASCINOSO DE LOU was sanctioned when full of running that day and can also finish in the mix. (4) FREE AND EASY - (8) FREDO GRIFF - (13) FALCO BERRY - (11) FASCINOSO DE LOU

Race 3 1. ETENDARD CEHERE - Looked very ordinary on debut here last month and unlikely to shake things up 2. ESPOIR DU GARABIN - Sanctioned in his first three before encouraging at Chateaubriant on Sunday but still not easy to like 3. EL TARTARO - Showed promise here during the summer but will need to improve on latest performance at the venue 4. EUREKA DE CHENOU - Won a minor event smartly mid-october before leaving regrets next time. In better company but if applied should give an honourable account 5. ELIXIR DE SEGRIES - Has failed to finish either start under the saddle and will have few takers 6. EMIR DE PERTHUIS - Modest individual that has shown little aptitude for either code and can be written off 7. ECLAT DU BOCAGE - Finally came good on his promise when winning at Cabourg late last month and in similar form can play an important part 8. ETIENNOU - Has made solid progress since changing disciplines but should appreciate the outer track and can go close 9. ENVOL MONTAVAL - Moderate sort that has proved difficult of late but could make the first five with Raffin on his back for ridden debut 10. ECLATANT D'AURE - Pleased at Amiens on his first ridden start since the break and should again figure prominently 11. ENJOY DREAM - Fine colt that has shown good aptitude for the other code. Goes under the saddle for the first time and with Lebourgeois on board can get straight off the mark 12. ET VOILA QUICK - Undeniably capable but has struggled with stride issues under harness. Switches disciplines and could find redemption 13. EDEN MARGAUX - Scored on debut last January but has done nothing since and can be ruled out After having demonstrated good aptitude for harness racing Philippe Moulin switches (11) ENJOY DREAM to the ridden code and with a top jockey on board is expected to get straight down to business. The progressive (8) ETIENNOU has looked solid in both starts under the saddle and in this modest field should figure prominently. (7) ECLAT DU BOCAGE opened his account with ease at Cabourg last time and should put on another good show. (10) ECLATANT D'AURE has

twice pleased from four and his latest effort will have earned him more support. (11) ENJOY DREAM - (8) ETIENNOU - (7) ECLAT DU BOCAGE - (10) ECLATANT D'AURE

Race 4 1. BAULOISE GIRL - Handy mare but has not been seen out for eleven months and will need the race 2. BRISE DE MEMARTIN - Pleased at a lower level during the autumn but has lost her way somewhat and needs to reaffirm 3. BERLINE DU VIVIER - Regularly under the stewards' scrutiny and although showing more of late will have her work cut out on ridden debut 4. BOMBE DE CAILLONS - Not much to like on her formsheet for a considerable period and can be ruled out 5. BRISE DES NOELS - Sometimes shows a lack of discipline but otherwise very solid and will have her supporters 6. BONVIVA - Somewhat delicate but proven under the saddle. Has failed to fire just once over the outer course but not an obvious choice on first start since September 7. BENJAMINE GEDE - Not at her most productive since returning to competition and will need to raise her game 8. BELLE KATIE - Boasts a good record in the specialty and is confirmed under these conditions. Has a capable jockey on board and in this category could pull off the win 9. BAMBOLINA - Made good progress at Le Croise-Laroche late last month and will generate interest 10. BELTIS D'OCCAGNES - Surprise but convincing winner over the short course earlier in the month and should give another competitive account 11. BARAKA GEDE - Can prove a handful but otherwise a useful sort and in this bunch looks capable of going close 12. BETTINA DE TILLARD - Solid sort under harness. Returns to ridden competition after a sanction 3.5 years ago but in current condition can make her presence felt 13. BEACH JULRY - Good mare currently enjoying a solid run under harness. Switches code for the first time and if form transitions should play a major role After a string of modest efforts under harness (8) BELLE KATIE returns to her code of preference and if she can race to her mark can win this. Failing to do so would leave the way open for the tricky but capable (11) BARAKA GEDE who has nothing to prove in this category. (12) BETTINA DE TILLARD and (13) BEACH JULRY are making their respective debuts under the saddle - both are

enjoying solid runs under harness and if form transitions will have a part to play here. (8) BELLE KATIE - (11) BARAKA GEDE - (12) BETTINA DE TILLARD - (13) BEACH JULRY

Race 5 1. ELIOTTNELL ONE - Considerably better sort in ridden competition and appears to be facing a stiff test 2. ENTRE AMIS - Complicated but has ample ability. Winner of his last two and makes the trip to Paris with a realistic chance of trotting into the money 3. ESPION JAUNE - Enjoying a good run under the saddle at present but is less effective in this code and others preferred 4. EANDEL SMILING - Has been going good guns since the autumn and while more productive over shorter recently must still be respected 5. EXPRESS EVENING - Complicated sort but can trot on a good day. Drops considerably in class but still not easy to back 6. ENVOL SOMOLLI - Regularly acquits himself well. Finished in the frame in last two at Vincennes and comes here fresh with a respectable minor-place chance 7. ETURN MONEY - Made good progress behind here last week following the long layoff. Will have come on for the run and should not be underestimated 8. EXOTIC CHARM - Kicked his career off with four straight successes. Failed to fire in either return start but it is only a matter of time 9. EAGLE SPEED - Still somewhat green but a colt of some class nonetheless. Imposed smartly over track and trip three weeks ago and can repeat 10. ECLAIR DE CALENDES - Won over the short course before being wellbeaten last month but can still play a small role 11. ESPRIT OCCAGNES - Regularly in the mix when he can keep his action together and should not be overlooked 12. ETONNANT - Good class of colt that has won five of the six races he has finished. Came a solid second over course and distance last time and should again figure prominently 13. EL GUSTO - Has demonstrated good aptitude for the game so far. Has a decent entry here but must still improve on latest performance Although still somewhat difficult the Guarato-trained (9) EAGLE SPEED won on his Vincennes debut three weeks ago despite a fault 500m out - he is a colt for the future and if behaved will take some beating. Stablemate (7) ETURN MONEY has made good progress since the layoff and his recent effort over course and distance will have endeared him to many. Barring a pair of sanctions (12) ETONNANT has shown a lot of class and can again go close. (2) ENTRE AMIS has raced very well in the southwest and looks a player on his first start in the

capital. (9) EAGLE SPEED - (7) ETURN MONEY - (12) ETONNANT - (2) ENTRE AMIS

Race 6 1. DOYOLA - Won smartly at Argentan on just her second start back and although stepping up in class should still acquit herself competitively 2. DIVINE NUIT - Reassured in her last three. Gets Lebourgeois in the sulky this time and must be respected 3. DOWNING STREET - Lightly-raced filly but returned to competition in good shape. Steps up in class but one to note all the same 4. DRYADELLA - Showed improvement in last two but races shod this time and can be passed over 5. DIANE DU LEVANT - Gave a fine account over course and distance late last month when unshod behind. Same formula here and can again go close 6. DAGGERA DE JELMA - Returned to winning ways with a facile win at Le Croise-Laroche two weeks ago and looks a player 7. DELSA DERANGERE - Useful but blows hot and cold. Is barefoot for the first time though which could prove key to her rehabilitation 8. DEDUCTION SEVEN - Undeniably talented but sanctioned in last two. With application though should finish in the mix 9. DIABOLIC QUEEN - Decent sort in the other code. Here for conditioning purposes after a long layoff and no threat 10. DARLING MERITE - Completely off the boil since the summer and can be confidently disregarded 11. DIVINELLA - Undoubtedly useful but is plagued by stride problems and can expect to have few friends here 12. DIVA DU CAMPDOS - Modest sort that has done nothing at this level for 14 months and is not about to change her ways 13. DECOLORATION - Has done nothing noteworthy since the spring and appears to have no realistic chance 14. DAFFODIL JAB - Went into her break on a low note and did nothing to reassure on comeback. Is barefoot this time but others still preferred 15. DANJA DU DESERT - Respectable for the most part. Sixth behind (5) DIANE DU LEVANT here late last month and could possibly steal her way into the first five this time 16. DORIA - Handy sort but has placed just once from three since the break and will need to show improvement 17. DIANE DES LOYAUX - Has turned a corner since starting to race barefoot. Winner of all four she has finished and to win this just needs to keep her action

together 18. DEESSE DE CORDAY - Finished in the frame just once in last six and unlikely to shake things up here (17) DIANE DES LOYAUX is like a horse reborn since going unshod all four and should impose again if she can maintain stride. Should she fall foul of the stewards the recently reinvigorated (5) DIANE DU LEVANT can pick up the baton and return to winning ways. (6) DAGGERA DE JELMA was particularly impressive when winning at Le Croise-Laroche recently and with Raffin in the sulky can be assured a competitive drive. (8) DEDUCTION SEVEN has ample ability but needs to reassure and so too does (7) DELSA DERANGERE but she races barefoot for the first time. (17) DIANE DES LOYAUX - (5) DIANE DU LEVANT - (6) DAGGERA DE JELMA - (8) DEDUCTION SEVEN - (7) DELSA DERANGERE

Race 7 1. DIVINE FOLIE - Respectable at a lower level. Thrashed last time out and not a realistic proposition 2. DIAMANT DE LARRE - Fine sort when racing unshod. Third to (4) DEFI DES PISTES last week and although in better company can still get a look in 3. DANIEL BON - Handy sort that was sanctioned in the race of reference but in current form appears to have his work cut out 4. DEFI DES PISTES - Has not once disappointed in ridden competition. Winner of his last two and latterly with ease over course and distance. Serious player even though stepping up in class 5. DINO DE JILME - Useful under the saddle but has not been particularly rewarding of late and must show more 6. DIADEME BLUE - Smart sort that beat (7) DIGNE ET DROIT with ease on his return to the code three weeks ago and can pick up a cheque here 7. DIGNE ET DROIT - Made an impressive debut in the code when third in a Class B behind (6) DIADEME BLUE last month and can challenge for a spot in the frame 8. DAIDA DE VANDEL - Unbeaten over course and distance. Not as sharp lately as she was last winter but worth noting all the same 9. DARLHEY DU RIB - Sanctioned when oddly never dangerous in a G.II last month. Stays shod this time but if applied should trot away with this (9) DARLHEY DU RIB was surprisingly lacklustre here when sanctioned last month and even though fully shod this time is still the best horse in the field. She will however be pitted against (4) DEFI DES PISTES who has been nothing short of impressive in ridden competition. On just his second start under the saddle (6) DIADEME BLUE put on quite the show when beating (7) DIGNE ET DROIT and should again have his measure. (9) DARLHEY DU RIB - (4) DEFI DES PISTES - (6) DIADEME BLUE - (7) DIGNE ET DROIT

Race 8 1. CARMELA - Blows hot and cold. Raced better than her recent result suggests but still not an obvious choice 2. CARLA DU HOULME - Not the most dependable but can trot. Backs up after a good effort at Chartres and with shoes off can get a look in 3. CAPELLA DE VRIE - Handy sort that left a good impression last time on the outer course. Unplaced twice since but is reunited with Nivard and should give a more competitive account 4. CUP OF SMART - Delicate sort that has been off the boil since last winter. Hind shoes off this time but still not easy to support 5. CRESCENDIS - Handy sort with references at the venue but remains shod this time and others preferred 6. CROMA DU GUIBEL - Has turned a corner of late with hind shoes off. Fourth to (14) CHAMARA DE GUEZ last time but is barefoot for the rematch and should not be far off the mark 7. CADENCE DEL FRETTA - Encouraged in last two at the venue. Recently finished fifth in the race of reference but still has more to find 8. CHIMENE D'OSNY - Has done nothing of note since winning here in the spring and can be passed over 9. CANNELLE DE PIPAN - Has tended to show more under the saddle of late and not a priority 10. CLEA MIQUELLERIE - Has hardly set a foot wrong in recent outings. Went close at Argentan earlier this month and although in better company here should still acquit herself honourably 11. CLEMENCE D'EM - Went into her break on a good note and got straight back down to business when third to (14) CHAMARA DE GUEZ a fortnight ago. Place chance 12. CASSAVE SOMOLLI - Regularly gives everything she has. Is barefoot for the first time and the nature of her recent effort on the inner track will bring her more support 13. CLARA DE CHENU - Pleasing of late and most recently gave a good account behind (17) CALIE DE PEBRISY. Unshod all four for the first time and should go closer 14. CHAMARA DE GUEZ - Can prove tricky but otherwise a faithful campaigner. Close second over longer two weeks ago and looks the pick on this occasion 15. CALINE - Useful sort that gives a good account for the most part. Comes here fresh and could get a look in

16. COMTESSE DE LATZ - Moderate sort that has two races in her since the layoff but unlikely to shake things up 17. CALIE DE PEBRISY - Regularly in the thick of things when unshod. Beat a number of others here last month over the short course and can again make her presence felt 18. CARAIBES VOIRONS - Fine mare with an enviable strike rate and although not having been seen out since July is barefoot for the occasion and should not be underestimated After a trio of good efforts when unshod (14) CHAMARA DE GUEZ finds herself with an excellent entry here and should win this if she can reproduce her latest performance. Both (12) CASSAVE SOMOLLI and (13) CLARA DE CHENU race barefoot for the first time with the former looking just to have the edge. (11) CLEMENCE D'EM finished a place behind the favourite two weeks ago and also warrants respect. (10) CLEA MIQUELLERIE appears to be returning to her best and should also generate interest. (14) CHAMARA DE GUEZ - (12) CASSAVE SOMOLLI - (13) CLARA DE CHENU - (11) CLEMENCE D'EM - (10) CLEA MIQUELLERIE

Race 9 1. CLASSIC HAUFOR - Delicate but has significant talent. Failed to fire here last time and must show improvement 2. CHIVAS DU PLESSIS - Generally disappointing under harness. Made a modest comeback at Reims last month and chances slim at best 3. CHOCHO DE GUEZ - Has been dynamic in last two but races with shoes on this time and not a realistic proposition 4. CRUSOE D'ANAMA - Went into his spell on something of a low note and hard to support on the back of recent efforts 5. DREAM DARLING - Well-regarded colt but often bites off more than he can chew and not an obvious choice 6. CHOCOLAT DU BOURG - Racing respectably of late and recently encouraged behind (12) CRISTAL RIVER but still has more to find 7. CASTING DE CHENU - Has enjoyed a solid run in recent months but not always the most productive at Vincennes and others preferred 8. CICERO NOA - Turned a corner over the summer when racing barefoot. Prepped over track and trip on comeback and with shoes off this time looks a player 9. CLYDE DE LA ROCHE - Blows hot and cold but put in a fast time to score over the short course here three weeks ago and should be able to go close once more 10. DRIVER CADENCE - Good sort under harness and excelled on ridden debut recently when winning a G.II over course and distance. Is barefoot again and could pleasantly surprise 11. CHILKOOT TRAIL - Has progressed very nicely of late. Surprised when third over longer here last month but Monclin back in the sulky and will have his supporters 12. CRISTAL RIVER - Has looked a different horse in recent months. Finished a good third over course and distance late last month and expected to give another competitive account 13. CAPTAIN SPARROW - Has done nothing of note at Vincennes for over a year but is currently in good shape and must be respected 14. COLONEL - Very hard to knock when barefoot. Went close in a Class B over the inner track last time but off for over two months and will need the race 15. CLEANGAME - Delicate sort but has talent in spades. Could well have won last time had he not faulted and must not be too harshly judged 16. DOSTOIEVSKI - Fine colt that ended last season on a good note. Has not been seen out since May though and others preferred this time

On class alone (15) CLEANGAME is the standout in this field. He had every chance over longer here last week but lost his action - on good behaviour though he should have this in the bag. After a brace of re-entry runs (9) CLYDE DE LA ROCHE imposed well over the short course last time and with shoes off again looks the principal threat. (10) DRIVER CADENCE can prove somewhat erratic but his recent G.II win under the saddle will have been a good confidence boost and must be respected. (11) CHILKOOT TRAIL put on a fine show to trot third in a Class B here mid-november and can again get a look in. (8) CICERO NOA should be close to full-fitness and going barefoot will do his chances no disservice. (15) CLEANGAME - (9) CLYDE DE LA ROCHE - (10) DRIVER CADENCE - (11) CHILKOOT TRAIL - (8) CICERO NOA

TOULOUSE - 14th December Trainer of the day : Jean-Laurent Dubord (101, 303, 702) Jockey of the day : Anthony Crastus (208, 306, 403, 507) Horse of the day : Bar Mina (501) Dark Horse : Epatant Le Dun(705) Race 1 1. STAR VICTORY - Runner-up in a Group III last March at Saint-CLoud. Off since April. Runs well fresh 2. VISION DES AIGLES - A model of consistency in the Provinces and although looks held for succes can run into a place once again 3. INTAGLIO - Won a good race in Morrocco last year. Three runs this season only. First time in France 4. BAZ - Never finishes far from the action and should be in the mix once again 5. THE NINAS - Veteran who enjoys a cut in the ground. Not much room for maneuver but cannot be ruled out for place 6. KEPH DE LA MANCHA - Looks held in a race of this caliber and best to be watched 7. REFSING - Down the field in all four runs since back from a spell and has too much to find 8. MULTIPLE CHANCES - Placed in big handicaps last year. Off since last May and likely to need the run 9. ES TRENC - Has only shown limited ability in Spain and has too much to do on first run on french soil 10. TRESORDARGENT - Very modest performer in the Provinces and can confidently be passed over 11. SPEED ROAD - Boasts an impressive strike-rate in the money nut returns from a 1 year absence and may need the race 12. MOON DE LA GESSE - Never won a race from twenty starts and unlikely to change this figure here Both (4) BAZ and (2) VISION DES AIGLES make a lot of appeal on paper and

have the ability to feature prominently in a race like this but the vote goes to (1) STAR VICTORY. The six year olds gelding finished second in a Group III last March off a similar break and he will take a power of beating if in the same form today. (1) STAR VICTORY - (4) BAZ - (2) VISION DES AIGLES - (8) MULTIPLE CHANCES

Race 2 1. BORDERFORCE - Made a promising return to action at Angers following a six months absence. Very capable this distance 2. SPIRIT QUARTZ - Won a class A at the end of last year. Had since a modest campaign in UAE and Ireland 3. DUKE BERE - Runner-up in a handicap over course and distance on return to action last month. Will come on for the race 4. GUITAR - Has only shown limited ability in Spain and failed to make an impact on first start on french soil last month 5. LARIS - Has not recaptured last year's form in seven starts this season and best to pass over 6. OMMOY - Looked very promising last year with two victories from four starts. Watch betting for clues 7. THE COMISSIONER - Has shown early promises. Well beaten on comeback race last month but drops in distance and should be much fitter 8. CATCALL - Smart sprinter who had a year off. Showed progress in last start and can go one better 9. CINNAMON CRESCENT - Spanish raider who looks out of contention in a race of this caliber. Watch (1) BORDERFORCE finished 3/4 lengths behind Quinte winner Comedia Eria at Angers and a repeat of this effort shall see him take this race home. (2) SPIRIT QUARTZ is a talented horse but it is hard to know where he exactly stands at present after a disappointing stint in Ireland. (6) OMMOY is likely to go close if ready. (8) CATCALL can't be ruled out. (1) BORDERFORCE - (2) SPIRIT QUARTZ - (6) OMMOY - (8) CATCALL

Race 3 1. AL TIBR - Won two small races last October but has cleraly shown his limits in last two starts 2. LINNGARIO - A close fourth in a class 2 here over 3000m last month. Has to be respected despite the drop in distance 3. ANOTHER DREAM - Not beaten far in last run at the end of September. Still a maiden from nine starts 4. LOUVE DANCER - Never won a race from twenty-one starts and unlikely to break her duck today 5. CURILLINES - Useful in Spain but well beaten on sole start on french soil thus far and has a few lengths to find 6. ONE VISION - Beat a couple of decent performers when third in a maiden at Le Lion last May. Disappointed in two subsequent starts 7. EL GLORIOSO - Won one from four in Spain thus far. Returns from a seven months absence 8. EWEN DE LA FARGE - Yard is not renown for having success with newcomers. Best to be watched 9. PELIAS - Off the mark in a claimer last October at Dax. Has shown her limits in three subsequent starts 10. MITEZZA - Has made the frame on three occasions in weak maidens last autumn. Can grab a small cheque 11. MARTAWAN - Newcomers from this yard tend to need the run. Possibly best to watch 12. STRATONIKA - Three modest efforts thus far. Off since end of July. First start for new connections (3) ANOTHER DREAM is clearly on the up and could break his maiden status this time although he has not raced since September. He has previously run well fresh and will lead the charge ahead of (2) LINNGARIO who drops in distance significantly. (6) ONE VISION has shown glimpses of ability last spring. Down in grade (12) STRATONIKA could be the surprise package on her first start for new connections.

(3) ANOTHER DREAM - (2) LINNGARIO - (6) ONE VISION - (12) STRATONIKA

Race 4 1. PATCHEWOLLOCK - Easy winner when off the mark here over a mile last month. Expected to follow-up 2. ZING - Won one from 28 thus far and latest form does little to inspire confidence 3. ROCK'N CHICK - Off the mark at Le Mans eleven days ago. Should acquit herselmf well once again 4. BLUE SASCHA - Never better than sixth in six starts in the Province thus far but has claims in a race like that 5. STAR ON SUNDAY - Still a maiden from 22 starts. Has made the frame twice only and easily passed over 6. HADDEYA - Recorded a career best effort when runner-up in a claimer at Dax last September 7. DAENERYS - has never made the frame in 16 starts to date and unlikely to pose a threat Both (1) PATCHEWOLLOCK and (3) ROCK'N CHICK are well above the rest of the field and should fight out the finish. A significant preference goes to the Watrigant-trained gelding who won here with ease one month ago. (4) BLUE SASCHA has done nothing of note thus far but comes from a smart stable and must be capable of grabbing a place. (1) PATCHEWOLLOCK - (3) ROCK'N CHICK - (4) BLUE SASCHA - (6) HADDEYA

Race 5 1. BAR MINA - Good last two runs in this class of event and has every chance of winning this race 2. ZARICA - Popped-up at 48/1 when runner-up at Agen on penultimate start but subsequently disappointed on fibresand 3. SOUTH DAKOTA - Disappointed in a handicap at Toulouse latest following a pair of creditable efforts. Can bounce back 4. ROMBU DE LLORDA - Newcomers from this yard tend to need the run. Best to be watched 5. VICTUS DE LLORDA - Tailed off last on debut at Toulouse one month ago. Not a realistic option 6. JUST ONE LOOK - Won a maiden at Dax last May. Has been in mixed form since then. First time in a claimer 7. MARTINI GIN - Experienced filly who is very capable in this class. Should be closely involved at the finish 8. SUGAR BAY - Competitive in this division but soft ground likely to be a problem 9. KENZAHOPE - Has shown some ability in small condition races in South- West France. First time in a claimer. Bred to handle soft ground (1) BAR MINA has registered two good runs in this division thus far and with a five pounds apprentice claim added she looks the one to be on. (3) SOUTH DAKOTA can be forgiven her last effort as her previous form is solid and she should go close if on top of her game. (7) MARTINI GIN and (6) JUST ONE LOOK are two more for the shortlist. (1) BAR MINA - (3) SOUTH DAKOTA - (7) MARTINI GIN - (6) JUST ONE LOOK
