Each horse entered will be assessed a $15.00 drug fee + a $8.00 USEF fee, which is forwarded to USEF. IMPORTANT EQUINE HEALTH REQUIREMENTS - Queenie Productions, LLC management strives to provide an excellent showing environment. An integral part of an excellent showing environment includes healthy horses. Exhibitors, especially those traveling long distances, can contribute that healthy environment by following some basic recommendations listed below. Please check our website at www.queenieproductions.com for any additional and possibly mandatory requirements. 1) PROOF of NEGATIVE COGGINS required for all horses within 12 months must be presented before numbers will be given out. This is a state law. Please renew it before it expires, and not just before it is necessary to leave the state. 2) VETERINARY CERTIFICATE of HEALTH must be presented before numbers will be given out. Health certificate must be signed by a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of first arrival at the National Equestrian Center, documenting that each horse has: a. EHV VACCINATION RULE: Per GR845-At Federation licensed competitions, horses more than 7 months of age entering the grounds must be accompanied by documentation of Equine Influenza Virus and Equine Herpes Virus (Rhinopneumonitis) vaccinations within six months prior to entering the stables. Horses not in compliance with this rule may be required to leave the competition grounds upon request by Competition Management. Competition Management may not amend or enhance vaccination requirements without prior approval of the Veterinary Committee. 3) Current vaccination against WNV, EEE, WEE, Tetanus, and Rabies is strongly recommended. 4) You should be able to document your horse s normal temperature before arrival. Please do not ship horses with elevated temperatures. If there is an elevated temperature for more than a 24 hour period, please consult your local veterinarian immediately. 5) Every effort should be made to minimize stress and commingling of horses shipped long distances. Extra hours on a trailer/van, or moving from stable to stable is the fastest way to compromise your horses health. 6) Any horse on the show grounds with a fever of unknown origin or of suspicious origin must be reported to Queenie Productions management. It is always better to err on the side of safety. Isolation stalls will be available on the grounds or at the local veterinary practice if the need arises.
