For the past 27 years, generous supporters have helped shape the Safeway Providence Festival of Trees into not only an invaluable fundraising event for Providence Community Health Foundation, but also the kick-off to the holiday season in the Rogue Valley. We invite you to join us as we celebrate 27 years of holiday tradition! The Rogue Valley s finest designers and decorators will once again recreate the Medford Armory into a winter wonderland featuring a stunning array of Christmas trees and holiday displays. Schedule of Events 8 8 8 Thursday, Sept. 27 Signature Drink Contest 6 8:30 p.m. Kick-off event to Festival of Trees. Local establishments create fun holiday-themed cocktails. Attendees get to sip and sample the cocktails and help select the People s Choice award winner. November & December All Festival events listed below will be held at the Medford Armory. Wednesday, Nov. 28 Opening Night Gala Doors open at 5:30 p.m. Rogue Valley s premier holiday fundraising event! Enjoy delicious food and drink, silent and live auctions, raffles, and more! Friday, Nov. 30 Public Show 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Senior Appreciation Day Trees are on display for the young and young-at-heart. Families can enjoy the sights and sounds of Festival, including Teddy Bear Hospital, face painting, crafts and more! An Evening of Giving (private event) Special closed event in which local non-profit partners identify children and families who can use a night of holiday cheer. The night is entirely free thanks to sponsorships and includes visits with Santa, Teddy Bear Hospital, food, games, book store and goodie bags for each child. Thursday, Nov. 29 Holiday Party 6 10 p.m. Enjoy food samples and sips from our local caterers, restaurants, wineries and breweries as you dance the night away! Saturday, Dec. 1 Public Show 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Veterans Appreciation Day Trees are on display for the young and young-at-heart. Families can enjoy the sights and sounds of Festival, including Teddy Bear Hospital, face painting, crafts and more! Sunday, Dec. 2 Public Show 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Kids Day Trees are on display for the young and young-at-heart. This sponsorship package includes 10 tickets to the Festival Gala and more! Main Event s $10,000 Be the title sponsor for one of our established events throughout Festival. Main Event sponsors includes Gala, Holiday Party, Evening of Giving and Public Viewing. The sponsorship package includes 10 tickets to our Gala and more. Match Pledge Champion Nov. 28 Have your dollars go twice as far when you guarantee to match auction bids on one of the special-cause trees. Venue ships $5,000 Venue sponsors receive six tickets to the Opening Night Gala and more! Signature Drink Contest Sept. 27 You can kick off the Festival of Trees when you sponsor the first event of the season. Local establishments create festive cocktails and compete to be the people s choice award winner and serve their festive drink at the Gala. Gala and Holiday Party Trip Raffle This is a special two-night raffle specifically for our attendees at the Gala and Holiday Party. Your logo will be printed on the raffle tickets and luggage tags! Magic Morning an early open to Festival of Trees! Limited tickets will be sold. This option makes a great company party, too!
Venue ships continued $5,000 Teddy Bear Hospital Help inspire the next generation of doctors! Santa Claus Corner See your company logo on signage for one of our most popular stops Santa! Trolley Add to the festivities and help transport Festival goers by sponsoring our trolley service from the Walmart parking lot. Entertainment Stage the stage, and your logo will be featured on the stage banner where local entertainers perform. Interactive Floor Display As people enter the Festival, they ll see your logo incorporated in the fun, interactive floor display. Raffle Row Your logo can be included on printed raffle tickets and displayed at raffle row. Volunteer Services Volunteers are the heart of Festival! More than 300 volunteers make the Festival possible. Your logo will appear on all signage in the volunteer area. Tree Delivery our tree delivery and be recognized with a special gift left under the tree for the lucky winner sponsored by you. Gift Shop Attendees can shop til they drop for their Christmas gifts in the Festival gift shop. Consider sponsoring this attendee-favorite.
Activity ships $2,500 Activity sponsors receive four tickets to the Opening Night Gala and more! Raffle Tree one of the many raffle trees and have your logo displayed with the tree and on the raffle tickets. Toy Sleigh You can sponsor Santa s sleigh, which will be full of toys. Kids eyes will sparkle as they see all the fun things that might be under their tree on Christmas morning. Evening of Giving Partner Help sponsor the free teddy bears, books, dance party, mittens and hats plus a healthy meal and snacks that each child will take home after the Evening of Giving. Snack Shack this area, and you ll have the opportunity to sell your yummy goodies! Selfie Station Festival goers will flock to the beautiful backdrop in our designated photo area. As they take their selfies, they ll see your logo on a large sign. Get ready to say cheese in this high traffic stop. Print Your logo will be included when you sponsor Festival printing costs. Five different sponsorships are available, including tickets. Large Tree: Special Cause Three special trees will be spotlighted for Providence Health & Services. Help us raise funds to support specific Providence programs.
