Admirals Hockey Club 2016-2017 HOCKEY SEASON The Admirals Hockey Club is the only USA Hockey Model Association in the Chicagoland area. We are part of an elite group of 20 Clubs across the nation selected by USA Hockey as leaders in youth hockey. What does that mean? It means that we are committed to player development. From mites to midgets, girls to boys, we will continue to focus on the athlete and their development. By utilizing USA Hockey's ADM (American Development Model) and LTAD (Long Term Athletic Development), our athletes receive world class training, the correct practice to game ratios, and age-appropriate practice concepts and skills. This foundation allows every player to reach their full genetic potential. This fall season, the Admirals will field competitive teams for NIHL and NWHL. The NIHL teams will include Squirts 10U, Pee Wees 12U, Bantams 14U, Midgets 18U, Girls 12U, Girls 14U, Girls 16U, and Girls 19U. The NWHL teams will include Squirts 10U, Pee Wees 12U, Bantams 14U, and Midgets 16U. A Tournament Team will be offered for Girls 10U. Our Mites 8U will participate in the USA Hockey elite development program called USA Selects. In addition, the Club will continue offering two inhouse programs: Admirals Developmental Mite League (ADML) for Mites 6U and Pre-Hockey for beginning players. The levels and age classifications by birth year for this fall are: Mites 6U 2010, 2011, and 2012 Mites 8U 2008 and 2009 Squirts 10U 2006 and 2007 Pee Wees 12U 2004 and 2005 Bantams 14U 2002 and 2003 Midgets 16U 2000 and 2001 Midgets 18U 1998 and 1999 Girls 10U 2006 and 2007 Girls 12U 2004 and 2005 Girls 14U 2002 and 2003 Girls 16U 2000 and 2001 Girls 19U 1997, 1998, and 1999 See the following pages for details: How to register and who to contact for additional program information Page 2 Hockeypalooza and Early Registration Discounts Page 2 Pre-Season 3S Camps and Girls Camp Page 3-4 Programs for Mites 8U (USA Selects) and Mites 6U (ADML) Page 5 Programs for Squirts 10U (NIHL and NWHL) Page 6 Programs for Pee Wees 12U (NIHL and NWHL) Page 7 Programs for Bantams 14U (NIHL and NWHL) Page 8 Programs for Midgets 16U and Midgets 18U (NIHL and NWHL) Page 9 Programs for Girls 10U (Tournament Team) and Girls 12U, 14U, 16U, and 19U (NIHL) Page 10 Pre-Hockey for new players 2004 and younger Page 11 Policies and additional details Page 12-13 1
