Eagles Autism Challenge Team Jefferson FAQs What is the Eagles Autism Challenge? The Eagles Autism Challenge is a one-day bike ride and family-friendly 5K run/walk featuring Philadelphia Eagles players, alumni, coaches, executives, cheerleaders, and SWOOP. When is the event? Saturday, May 19. 2018 at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia. There will be a Kick-Off Party on Friday, May 18, for opening ceremonies, packet pick-up, secure bike drop-off, free food and beverage, and family-friendly entertainment. Where do I register? You can register for Team Jefferson at Jefferson.edu/EaglesAutismChallenge. What are the registration options and how much does it cost? Participants can choose to ride, run or walk in the Eagles Autism Challenge. All participants are required to commit to a fundraising minimum. Jefferson is covering the registration fees for the first 100 employees and students to register for the 5K and the first 35 to register for the bike races. Use promo code 5K or BIKE when registering online to receive this discount. Rider: Team Jefferson t-shirt designed by Jefferson students, a custom Eagles Autism Challenge cycling jersey, gift bag, finish line medal, food and beverage at the event and access to the Friday Kick-Off Party and the Finish Line Celebration. 5K: Team Jefferson t-shirt designed by Jefferson students, a custom Eagles Autism Challenge 5K T-shirt, finish line medal, food and beverage at the event and access to the Friday Kick-Off Party and the Finish Line Celebration on the field. Virtual Participant: Team Jefferson t-shirt designed by Jefferson students, food and beverage at the event and access to the Friday Kick-Off Party and the Finish Line Celebration. What are the course routes? Please see attached maps for the 15-mile, 30-mile, and 50-mile bike rides. May children participate? Children under the age of 12 may participate free of charge when under the supervision of a registered adult. If I want my family and friends to be at the finish line, but they aren t participating, what are the different options for them to be there? Tickets will be available for guests to attend the Finish Line Celebration and enjoy food and beverage. There will also be a viewing area outside Lincoln Financial Field for family and friends who do not want to purchase tickets for festivities inside the stadium. Jefferson is looking for volunteers to cheer cyclists, runners, and walkers on the day of the event as they pass Jefferson s campus. You can pick up your registration packet on Friday night at the Kick-off Party. Team Jefferson will have a tent to pick up team t-shirts and gather for a large team photo.
