Player Evaluation Process Birth Year Training Day 1: Large Group ( 9v9) Grouped based on player history and knowledge of player Evaluated by coaches within the age group, as well as, impartial coaches Day 2: Large Group (9v9) Players are grouped initially based on their 1 st day evaluations Players are moved from field to field based on individual performance during games.

Tournament Information Most teams play in 3 tournaments during the seasonal year (Fall/Spring) U11 teams typically travel within Colorado for tournaments; Academy and Gold teams may travel out-ofstate Teams are expected to participate in Arsenal Cup (August 16 th 19 th, 2018)

Player Expenses Exact amount: determined by the team coach and parents as part of the process of forming and approving the team s annual financial statement. Total fees include: costs for registration, practice space, equipment, uniforms, clinics, tournaments, social activities, and coaches expenses.
