NCA & NDA STAY TO PLAY This program was put in place for all traveling teams utilizing hotel rooms while attending the NCA All-Star National Championship. Being recognized as an official citywide event and capturing the room nights derived from this event are crucial for future date selection and venue availability through the Dallas Sports Commission and the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center. Connections Housing is the official, and only, housing company for NCA Championship housing. Teams that attend the 2018 NCA All-Star National Championship in February are required to book rooms through Connections Housing in order to participate. NCA & NDA has authorized no other company to book housing for groups attending 2018 Nationals. Numerous hotels around Dallas/ Fort Worth have been blocked for your ease and convenience in booking. If making payment by phone, please call 1-800-622-2946. Note: NCA will not keep credit card numbers on file after the charge has be processed. LATE REGISTRATIONS If space is available, late registrations will be accepted after the designated deadlines by sending in the FULL BALANCE due with your registration. If you are registering late, the full payment must be submitted in the form of an official school check, cashier s check, money order or credit card. The standard cancellation policy will apply to all late registrations. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS Notification of cancellations and request for refund must be made in writing, and emailed or faxed to NCA. No cancellations will be accepted by phone. Cancellations may be faxed to NCA at 972.840.4054. NCA is not responsible for faxes not received. All cancellations must be received during business hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST.
