All events to be run under PCQ rules 2. For pony clubs affiliated with PCQ 3. Full club uniform to be worn 4. Judges decision is final. 5. All competitors ride at their own risk. In the event of an accident the rider shall not hold Oakey Pony Club Inc. or its members responsible. 6. Age groups maybe split or combined on the day at the discretion of the organizing committee. 7. Riding helmets (AS3838 or better) must be worn by all riders while on the club grounds. 8. No stallions or rigs allowed on the grounds. 9. Disputes must be lodged within 20 minutes of the event concerned. A $50.00 protest fee will apply. 10. Proof of age maybe required. 11. Excessive use of a whip and spurs will result in disqualification. 12. Correct saddle to be worn, surcingle to be worn over single point girths, no saddles with horns. All riders to be present to accept trophies and prizes in full pony club uniform. If not present or in uniform the prize will be forfeited. No trophies will be handed out prior to presentation.
