Lake Valley Golf Club From the Golf Shop: Thank you all for the warm welcome as your new Head Golf Professional and General Manager. I love being here and look forward to many years of service to you. We have a great deal of ac vi es planned for the fall: Couples Golf, Kids Golf, Group lessons, range me, and on and on! See the flyers throughout the newsle er and give the golf shop a call if you have any ques ons. Hopefully you have had a chance to get out to the golf course lately and experience some of the improvements we are making. As always, if you see or experience something that we can improve on, please let me know. One major change that will be occurring in the next couple of weeks is the Point of Sale system in the Golf Shop and Greenside. Please be pa ent while we learn and transi on to the new system. The new on line and integrated tee sheet along with the new accounts receivable component will be much more user friendly. Our web site will also be ge ng an upgrade and integrate with the tee sheet. I am very excited about this new system and what it is going to do to enhance the benefits of being a member at Lake Valley. Sco and his crew have the golf course in excellent shape headed into the fall. If you haven t played in a while, you should come out and enjoy the upcoming beau ful weather. In closing, I would like to thank Andi Taylor for all of her extra work in teaching me and helping me with this transi on. Her years of knowledge are invaluable. Also, congratula ons are in order as she has completed her Level 1 schoolwork towards her PGA Membership. Next is Level 1 tes ng and on to Level 2. Wish her luck when you see her. Lake Valley Golf Club Meet Jake Tuley Hi! I am Jake Tuley. I am 28 years old. Born and raised here in Camdenton. Spent most of my childhood here at Lake Valley learning this great game we all love. After high school I attended the Golf Academy of America in sunny San Diego, where I studied golf course management and teaching professional. Since then I have worked at the Club of Porta Cima and more recently Heart of America Golf Academy in Kansas City. I am a die hard Chiefs and Royals fan! I love spending as much time as possible with my parents and siblings, boating, camping and vacationing. I look forward to getting to know all of you.
