1. Introduction Further to the update of the FEI IT system, it is possible to send the FEI the results in an Excel file allowing us to import directly in XML format. This procedure will hopefully simplify and speed up procedures for the OC, NF and FEI and will furthermore allow the results to be processed more efficiently to the benefit of all involved. Please find below the description, information and explanations of the result files required in order to correctly and swiftly upload them into the FEI database. An example of a results file is attached to the end of this document. 2. Detail of <ns1 :Indiv> The Individual tab of the exel file contains a set of elements in regard to the combination (Athlete/Horse) such as IDs and Names as well as their results. The number of fields to be entered is depending on the competition type. Use the 3 letters of the Olympic Committee abbreviations as described in Annex II. If the teams riders has more than one nationality, choose one of them. ns1:teamname The name of the team. The nationality abbreviations or Team names if there are several teams from the same country. ns1:prize The prize won. Number without currency ns1:prizecurrency The prize currency. Use of one the abbreviated currency code as described in Annex I ns1:totalpoints The total penalties obtained by addition of the three highest placed athletes in the team as per Art. 502.3 of the Eventing rules.
